Never going back. Toaster broken. Tried to order a Philly steak and was told there wasn’t enough meat. Ordered Jamaican jerk sub and was told there was no pickles. Went to get a drink and the only option was coke. Tea was disgusting.

The last few times I've tried to order from the Vienna, WV location. They have not had the items to make the subs we wanted. They were also low on chips and only had Coca Cola to drink. If you try to call this location they will not answer. It goes straight to a recording or rings and goes to a recording.

I am so glad my family introduced me to this place. They saw the gluten free bun was available and had to bring me over. Very tasty food. I've ordered several times and the quality has been consistent.

Let me think. Firehouse Subs is a gem for sub lovers! Freshly baked bread, generous portions of tender meats, and crisp veggies come together in a flavorful masterpiece. The heroic staff serves up warm hospitality, making you feel like part of the firehouse family. With a cozy atmosphere and hearty subs that satisfy, Firehouse Subs is a delicious rescue from the ordinary. It's a must-visit for subs enthusiasts! It’s conveniently located on grand central, I need to add some more photosKid-friendliness: Staff was energetic and friendly. Took pride in their jobs and fixed a good lunch for me

I ordered take out on 11/28. We live 10-15 minutes away so I was happy that there's a option on the website to order the Italian dressing on the side so my Italian sub wouldn't come soggy. Unfortunately it was a soggy mess. I think there might need to be some training done because I was giving a ton on dry seasoning on the side while the wet dressing had drenched the sandwich and pickle. Is the pickle really on the side when it's wrapped up in with the sandwich? It was inedible and I had to lay my sandwich on several napkins to try to dry it enough to eat. My husband was told adamantly that the site says Italian seasoning on the side and that's not the same as dressing. I feel like some common sense should have been used. Why would you give someone a ton of dry seasoning on the side of a sandwich?Oh & my husband had to wait 10 minutes after the time the it said it would be ready. They hadn't even started it even though they weren't busy at all.

Really used to like their subs but it seems like the past few times we've gotten subs they're made really sloppy and don't have all the ingredients to make em. I was only able to eat about half of my sub I got last time.

Without a doubt, my favorite sub shop in the MOV! I recommend the Hero sub! The motif consists of firefighter apparel and is very appropriate with the theme of the business.

This was my first time at firehouse subs, and I have to say it was absolutely shocking, how good it was. I had no idea what to order, but I called it in and the person who answered was very kind and help me decide what to order very quickly. She suggested the Hook and ladder sandwich on wheat bread. That’s turkey and ham with some veggies and mayo. That bread was spectacular very soft, fresh wonderful. The sandwich was put together perfectly and I meant to take more pictures but I couldn’t because I ate it too quickly!! I also got potato soup for tomorrow’s lunch and a couple of bags of chips. Go check it out take a friend. You’ll thank me later!

Employees weren't friendly at all and when I got my sub, they put condiments on I specifically told them to leave off and to top it off, my sub bun was a soggy mess from the moment they handed it to me. Shame because I was really looking forward to trying Firehouse Subs.

Manager and young lady was very nice and quick, no cheesesteak, out of several things, bottle pop cooler had 2 choices ( Coke Zero or diet).. and there is no way that little sub, chips and drink is worth $12. Nope. More like $7-8.. last time I stop Not 1 person there at lunchtime?

I love the NY steamer they were out of everything today besides turkey and ham and wouldn't even give a discount still cost 65$ with no courteousy for their lack of responsibility to keep products stocked!
