Went with a small group of work colleagues. This was my 1st time there. All of us had our scallops undercooked . They were very rubbery and loose not firm at all. The chef copped a little bit of an attitude when asked to put them back on the griddle. We lost our appetite after that and were wondering what else was undercooked. I ended up only eating my noodles and took the rest to finish cooking it all to my satisfaction. Please pay attention to the cook times and meat texture...
Honestly tgis place was never the best. The habotchi show is great, but food quality is just the best. Do yourselves a favor and go to mizu. Next to BW3s where shogun used to be. Best sushi and habotchi around.
I’ve been shamefully doordashing in the evenings and let me tell ya. I get the California roll and crab rangoons and it’s second to Christ. Hits every time. And they package it up so nice it’s always hot when it gets here. If I see the chef on the street they’re in for a fat kiss.
