Bought $30 worth of cookies and they were stale and burnt tasting , Walmart bakery is better and tastes way better and alot cheaper and we also had to wait on the worker to get done texting on there phone before she would help , long story short don't waste your money here

You caught me on the wrong day. I'm done putting up with being treated like garbage at restaurants when I'm just there doing my job. I did nothing to cause your confusion and I was as polite and straightforward and helpful as I could possibly be when I arrived. You doubled and tripled down on being as rude and condescending as possible to me over what should've been a completely routine transaction.

My mom ordered my brothers cake weeks in advance and we ordered a fire truck on a sugar cookie cake. Can u guess what was on the cake? A guitar I'm not sure how you confuse a guitar and a fire truck but we are very unsatisfied and all they wanted to do was scrape it or give us a $19 credit for the next time we get a cake. We will never be ordering another cake from this company they ruined a little boys birthday
I asked for a specific theme for our son's cookie. There were no templates available, so Travis took his time and made one! The cookie turned out wonderful and our son was super impressed!!! We couldn't have asked for any better service!!! For something special, I highly recommend Great American Cookies! 😄😄😄
