I've been served additude and cold inedible food from this location so consistently that now I drive past it to go to traffic circle McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile.

I don’t understand why I was told to pull forward when there were 0 parking spots available and 2 people already parked outside of the spots ALSO waiting on food; then when I asked for a refund suddenly my food was ready. Not only was it ready, it was cold and obviously had been sitting there for an extended period of time. So what was the point in asking me to pull forward? Nobody else was getting their orders and I had been there for 5 minutes waiting on mind that was obviously already made and ready. So what was the point? Cold food just getting colder? Are your drive thru times that precious that you only care about that and not quality? Do better Sebastian.

Service sucked not very friendly The women delivering my food was all sweaty dirty and the fries were burnt and she brought me the wrong order and gave me the wrong receipt

I went and tried to get a burger and there grills were down! What am I supposed to get!
Went through the drive through on 2/9/25 at 1:15 p.m. Our order was taken, and one sandwich was special order. He did not repeat the order and when we picked it up the sandwich was not correct and they forgot the fries. They corrected the order. When the guy brought our order he said “here” and thrust it at us.

I've been trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but after one too many inedible breakfasts from this place, I'm done. The biscuits are dry and hard like they have been sitting out for three days. The bacon is cold and rubbery. For a $10 breakfast combo, I expect better.

I went through the drive-through they handed me a bag of food and my drink. I then reminded them that I also had a ice cream cone and it’s a good thing that I did because while the man was making my cone, another woman came up and told me that they had given me the wrong food so I handed it back over and they gave me what was supposed to be my food. Well it almost was ! I received two sets of buns with ketchup, mustard, and a slice of cheese on them. No meat. These are the saddest cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize I needed to actually check to make sure there was meat on the buns before I drove away.
