Went through the drive through on 2/9/25 at 1:15 p.m. Our order was taken, and one sandwich was special order. He did not repeat the order and when we picked it up the sandwich was not correct and they forgot the fries. They corrected the order. When the guy brought our order he said “here” and thrust it at us.

I've been trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but after one too many inedible breakfasts from this place, I'm done. The biscuits are dry and hard like they have been sitting out for three days. The bacon is cold and rubbery. For a $10 breakfast combo, I expect better.

I went through the drive-through they handed me a bag of food and my drink. I then reminded them that I also had a ice cream cone and it’s a good thing that I did because while the man was making my cone, another woman came up and told me that they had given me the wrong food so I handed it back over and they gave me what was supposed to be my food. Well it almost was ! I received two sets of buns with ketchup, mustard, and a slice of cheese on them. No meat. These are the saddest cheeseburgers I’ve ever had. I didn’t realize I needed to actually check to make sure there was meat on the buns before I drove away.

Food is usually average for McDonalds. But if you have an order with condiments you better check your bag before you pull out cause they literally never give condiments that you ask for. And the people working the window are rude.

Got a glass of iced tea.. There was very little ice in it and the tea was dark.
McDonald's in Vienna is surcharging for stuff at certain times. I just went to order 2 frappes and they wanted almost $9 for 2 smalls. This is not the normal price meaning they are charging more for things at certain times. The screen even said "surcharge". I told them keep it. I can get Starbucks for that price. It is $2.59 at every other McDonald's for these frappes. Greedy owners.

I don’t recommend going in or drive through if you want fast food. You will probably wait 10-20 minutes for it regardless. It’s food is what you would expect just not really all that fast. Would probably be faster to drive to another McDonald’s order get your food and drive back. Not really sure why it’s so slow. There “drive thru waiting spots” are almost always full of people waiting for there food.

I just went to the drive thru McDonald’s on grand central in Vienna wv. I ordered a crispy chicken wrap with only pickles, onions, and cheese. I in turn received it with lettuce and cheese. I drive back to the drive thru to have it remade and the so called manager went off. Said that she didn’t have time for this (over and over) that she had cars backed up. Not my fault, I too am a customer that deserved to be treated kindly. But No, she tossed me my money back (which at first I did not want, I wanted to be able to eat) and as she was storming away she kept a screaming, have a good day (very rudely). I don’t know how you could have someone working for you like this. I know that it’s difficult to find workers but dang, this is scrapping at the bottom of the barrel. Something should be done. She was terrible and this behavior should be not accepted.

Parking: There is a large parking lot with two drive thru lanes and handicap access also pick up order spots and drive thru hold spots it's well lit at night and very clean ...
