Manager waited on me, she said in a gruff voice, what do you want? Then ask in the same mean voice for here or to go? Then after I paid, she didn't say thank you. I won't be back, if she hates her job that much, stay home.

Food was nasty.... overcooked....8 piece family meal 5 legs...2 wings...I think it was supposed to be a thigh..big disappointment

Just avoid. Everything here is terrible. Waited 40 min for food which I never even received. After waiting was told no mild tenders. That’s all my kids will eat, so asked for refund.

While waiting 48 minutes, I watched one manager do absolutely nothing but walk around having a personal phone call on speaker phone while cussing. The other manager also wondered aimlessly and chimed in to said phone call.

Said manager comes to yell at the guy (DD) trying to work the register and make food and do everything himself. Literally no help.

I spoke to some employees and they said it’s always this bad. I’m not sure how they work in such a terrible environment. Need a major management overall ASAP.

Worst Popeyes I have been in. When asked when they would chicken up, we were told “I don’t know”’ We were told 16 minutes. Took 30 minutes. And it was. Only two employees, not working at slower than snails pace. Multiple customers walked out

So damn slow, the parking lot holds water, I was afraid there was a sink hole to China... They probably would have been faster to have fried chicken. The boneless wings sauce was gritty... Absolutely disgusting

Went here for the first time since Chick-Fil-A was closed. I went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. There was only one car ahead of me and we sat in line for 15 minutes before I left without getting my food. I will never return.

We ordered ahead of time before going in so we could just sit and eat with the kids. We waited over 30 mins before asking about our order and then we noticed that there were several other people who have been waiting even longer for either food they messed up or a refund. I also asked for a refund and the guy at the counter said I'll just have to wait on his manager that was just standing there leaning against the counter doing nothing along with other employees just standing around drinking their drinks and not doing anything. Then when I finally got the managers attention they did t even know how to issue refunds saying they couldn't do it at the store because her boss was in vacation. Finally was able to get a refund over an hour if being there. There was an employee cussing at the manager and yelling at the back saying she will just eat all the made food for all the refunds.

Horrible! Waited over 1 hour for my food! It wasn’t even right! The guy up front, DD, caught an attitude with me just because I asked for an update every 30 minutes. Claims it was my fault some how? He is an awful person and worker and needs to be fired or taught the proper way to communicate with customers. I wasn’t rude or mean, even though I should have been. He is just incompetent and hates his job. Will never eat there again!

Waiting for 11 minutes in drive thru, person indicated they would be with me, 12 minutes later no response, pulled out of line and left. Not sure if short staffed but after 10 minutes took my business elsewhere!!!

Stated store was closed because of staffing issues or something along those lines. when it said online they opened at 11. And it even let me place a mobile order in. I arrived at 11:25 And there was 2 employees in their cars and a few walking around inside. I placed a order online and they already took my money. Refused to refund me even after waiting around for 30+ minutes telling people they were closed in the drive through . Won't be there again and still unsure of if and when I will be refunded. Left with no food and my money gone!

This is bull I drove so far to eat at popeyes an again not open ,employees outside smoking!!!! Really just close this place down !! So many bad reviews but nothing is done !
