Drive thru order. Family meal around 2:45. Might have been the best chicken of my life. The whole crew had it perfect for my wife at the drive thru. We are all impressed. KFC never again! Great job! 👍

Twice in the past week we have stopped to get food. Both times, no chicken. It was a 45 minute wait for chicken!!!
Plus stood waiting for someone to wait to take our order while the staff were conversing amongst themselves rather than work. Not sure where they are getting their staff but I won’t be going back.

They are ALWAYS out of chicken. I had to wait 25 minutes for a 2-piece chicken meal on all three of my previous visits. Staff is also VERY rude, slow moving, and do not care they make customers wait.

As a manager of a restaurant- these people should be ashamed. The outside filth, trash cans over flowing, hygiene and attitude of the employees was terrifying. Although these things made me want to pull out of the parking lot as a pregnant hungry woman that has never tried Popeyes I figured I’d give it a go. Boy was I wrong, I should have turned out of there and taken my money somewhere else. Chicken sandwich sloppy and sawgy. Fried pickles sawgy and cold Mac n cheese- cold. Such a bummer. I order a cinnamon apple pie and got a strawberry one. Good thing I do not have a strawberry allergy- right?! When I pulled to the window the manager said “I thought you were pranking me” what is that suppose to mean?? I then was pulled to a parking spot and waited 27 minutes for my nasty food. This place needs correction, and better leadership asap.

This place has literally the worst management and hiring manager in the history of fast food restaurants in Parkersburg very few times will this place ever have a timely pattern a good order processing rate or positive and helpful staff the Popeyes company should be absolutely embarrassed by how this restaurant is ran Extremely slow rarely gets an order right you have to repeat everything at least twice when you try to order it if you order a meal as a large with a drink, they will ask you what you want for a side and what drink you want more than once and still probably gonna get it wrong

Stale cold french fries with zero flavor, tenders the size of nuggets for almost 14 bucks is not a good deal. First time customer, and last time customer. Definitely not worth the money.

Came back to update. Part of our party has waited around 20 min for food. This is after we had no ice as they yelled at each other over whose fault that was. It's not just inside, everyone is getting parked, too. It's like they didn't expect customers today.

Not coming in as a customer but coming in as a dasher, possibly some of the slowest staff I have ever experienced, orders backed up on screen, took almost 10 minutes of waiting for one of them to acknowledge I was there, then almost a 20 minute wait for 2 chicken sandwiches to be made. Quite ridiculous also watching customers wait 10+ minutes for food to even be started.

I have been eating at this location for a few years now and love the food. The last 5 or 6 weekly visits the quality of the food and the service has been hit or miss for me. I see employees stepping outside to smoke and return to serving food without washing their hands. The entry doors do not appear to be cleaned for quite some time. The 2 managers that were informed said thank you but I have not seen any improvement. I am willing at this point to give this location another visit in the near future. I feel it is all up to the management to be managers first and friends second. Thank you.

Ordered food online and picked up at the drive thru and went back to Airbnb which was about 4 miles away and had no fries. This is getting to be the norm at fast food places. Always double check before pulling away from window.
