I already was skeptical about stopping by since it was minutes before closing but I drove hours just to get a West Virginia cup and they only had the mugs so I walked up to the counter and it took about a minute for anyone to even say anything. The young lady who took my order definitely seemed agitated and they didn’t even have the syrup I wanted (apple brown sugar) so I had to settle for just brown sugar. I’m staying at a nearby hotel in Marietta so I’ll make sure when I try in the morning at another Starbucks and definitely call before I come, lol!

Almost every time i order in the morning for an iced london fog, its awful!!! Its like they dont even know how to make tea :( every time i get it, the ice is already melted which in turn makes my london fog very watery and it's warm!! They also do not seem to steep it long enough ever. Any time i order after morning, perfect. Its so frustrating to drop so much money on a drink and for it not to be right. Stick to coffee here.

It’s unfortunate that the new generation of this country can’t accommodate a request because (with attitude) “there isn’t a button for that”. I have gotten my drink the way I requested many times with no issues. This girl needs a mop… not a microphone.

We were going through Vienna, WV, and decided to stop at this Starbucks for something cold. Unfortunately, the gal who serviced us was extremely rude and kept rushing me with my order. In the end, We didn't get the Venti and Trenta sizes we wanted. I was planning to stop there again on the way back, but we will definitely not. This is the very first bad experience I have had after going to hundreds and hundreds of Starbucks in different states in our lives.

Went to the Starbucks in Vienna, West Virginia and won't be going back to this location again. I live in Columbus, Ohio so I visit my daughter occasionally in WV. This time my Caramel Macchiato was almost all milk and I couldn't taste coffee in it. This is the fourth time that I have ordered a coffee from this location and it has been awful. I'll be doing Dunkin coffee while I'm here.
