waited 30 minutes to get a completely wrong order they put beefy 5 layers in all of my foods wrappers instead of the actual item. soft taco wrapper contained a beefy 5 layer, chelupa guess what beefy 5 layer grilled cheese was disguised as a grilled cheese burrito but it was just another stupid beefy 5 layer so i went back got ordee fixed got home again and it was wrong i hate them all

One of the worst experiences to try and pickup a doordash order from, waited about 30 min for a quite small order, mind you there were only 3 cars in line, younger kids taking their sweet time and not paying attention to their order screens as one of them interrupted me as I was trying to tell her she forgot our drink

Place was filthy. Staff all young and you could tell there is no pride whatsoever in this workforce anymore. Guy came in from smoking a cigarette and didn’t wash his hands, just put gloves on and right back on the food. Thank God my tacos were made already. Won’t be back or eat at this Taco Bell again

I like the staff at Taco Bell but was pretty upset after online order that I waited 30 minutes for. Ordered just a chx quesadilla and put easy chz on there bc there’s never enough sauce compared to chz. Not only did they leave same amount of chz which is fine, but left the sauce off completely. Not happy with that on top of amount of time it took to get my 8$ fast food quesadilla

Lame you have to put a star. Vienna t-bell was disgusting 730 at night and it looks like a tornado went through there. How does it not sit on your conscience walking on trash? Or looking out at the lobby and notice the tables needed clean and the floor needed swept? Your front counted looked like a buffet ( funny not funny ) drink station like any other fast food had trash and sticky syrup everywhere. The fact is the place was trashy no way shape or form should anybody walk in to that. EVER.. my one star needs a negative one star psh
