I was just there, the person who helped me was veryyyy nice! He was a tall man with long brown hair. He was very sweet and easy to talk to. He helped with the menu and was very accommodating! Very sweet people!! My food is AMAZING!!!

This place messes up my coffee every time. Today, I ordered a black coffee. My hope was that keeping it simple would allow me to modify it when I got to work. I took the lid off and my coffee was as white as milk. Employees always seem miserable. So far I've been here twice in the afternoon and 3x in the AM. I'm not going back to this place.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Waited 15+ mins to over hear the staff talking about not having any croissants left (which is what I ordered) I had to ask them about my sandwich because they neglected to tell me about it for over 10 minutes at least. And then weren't even apologetic when they said that they didn't have any. what kind of staff doesnt inform their customers that they don't have something after they've already paid for it. will not be going there again.

The service and quality of food has certainly gone downhill since the last manager. I used to go daily but not anymore. The coffee is either so strong it walks out of the cup or so weak you can see thru it. I don't know who the current manager is but they are not watching their employees and the service they're providing. Come on...do better. It's not that hard....geesh!

Last month I went a few times and my coffee was watered down. Unfortunately I was always on my way to work and couldn’t stop. I was giving them grace because of the new staff turn over. The new staff isn’t as friendly & the one kid who works in the morning during the week acts like everyone is an inconvenience. I didn’t go for a few weeks. On Saturday I went again. The man in the drive thru window was very nice but my order was wrong and the coffee was disgusting… it looked curdled over & tasted sour. I did go back this time. I received my money back but it’s too expensive for the service and food to be awful almost every time.

This is the everything bagel with cream cheese I just ordered. Come on guys. The other half looked the same. Yes, I ate it because Im very hungry and have an hour drive ahead of me. So frustrating!!! Note: while I was there a man complained that he waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru to get his coffee!

It's a brand new Timmy's just off the Interstate and actually part of a gas station which I have never seen one connected to. It was great.
This Tim Hortons gave me a coffee with no coffee in the cup. Those boys must have put hot water in the cup (instead of coffee) then added the cream & sugar. I would have taken it back but I was already on the expressway and wasn’t turning around. I’m so tired of fast food workers making such dumb mistakes but they want to make $15/hr. Go figure!!
