I was shocked when my wife asked for the team here to essentially mix and match two menu items, and they said yes. Most chains would never allow their staff to go off menu. This was the best customer service we could ask for.

Tim Hortons has the best coffee in my opinion. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to stop in for coffee and timbits for the kids. The guy working there said he liked my accent lol. The service and things I ordered were amazing.

I love the points system and the coffee is affordable. Now if there would be gluten free bagels and food options.
Dietary restrictions: There's not much options for food if you have celiac disease. The coiffed is good though.
Parking: There are plenty of parking spots surrounding the restaurant
Wheelchair accessibility: Once the doors are opened for the individual, someone in a wheelchair could easily maneuver
The customer service was great espically from Alex! He was outstanding and was very polite and respectful he helped me with my order and didn’t complain even though I was being a struggle. Big things coming for this guy

Multiple mornings I’ve waited 5-10 minutes at the drive through waiting for my order to be taken only to drive off and seeing a member of the staff not doing anything.
Been here a few dozen times, employees are always friendly and helpful.
