I was shocked when my wife asked for the team here to essentially mix and match two menu items, and they said yes. Most chains would never allow their staff to go off menu. This was the best customer service we could ask for.
This was a much better experience than our last one at a different location. Food was hot, served quickly, and order was correct. That's all I expect. Last time was almost my "LAST" time.
Tim Hortons has the best coffee in my opinion. I was visiting from out of town and wanted to stop in for coffee and timbits for the kids. The guy working there said he liked my accent lol. The service and things I ordered were amazing.
