We’re regulars but something is shifting. The atmosphere was chaotic and loud. The manger only cared about guests watching a ball game and not the comfort of other guests. Food was ok but salad and meal came out at same time. Barely saw server.

Absolutely the greatest wings experience on our daddy/daughter date. My daughter was craving wings, and Wings Etc. did not disappoint. Service was on point.
Place had maybe 4 tables at around 5pm. Vibe from front was off. Not welcoming at all. Actually no one there at all for the first 4 minutes. Service was as if she had nothing better to do, so why not wait on your tables while you're at work to wait on tables. Same as food. Wings/wrap were unappetizing. No flavor at all, no effort put into anything made..neither of us could finish our meals. Combo of this on top of the bland service team, I see why there is no one there when I drive by at all times of day. My advice. Step it up. Hire all new employees who actually care.
