Our first visit to Mack’s and we LOVED it! Absolutely the BEST catfish I’ve ever had Update: we’re visiting the area again and tonight’s dinner at Mack’s was just as delicious as last time. Tonight we had the pork steak and the grilled chuck steak. Both were delicious and perfectly prepared.
Our experience was absolutely amazing!! We were on a girl's trip staying in Baker and Mack's was recommended to us. We did not have high expectations because we all dine out a lot in the city, but Mack's blew us away! Every bite was better than the next one. The beef was cooked to perfection, the pork chop was juicy and the sauce on the carrots should be illegal! The only thing that made this meal better was the incredible service. Everyone helped eachother, we were given great recommendations and you felt like you were sourounded by friends. 10 out of 10!

Let’s see this place driving through Wardensville on my way to Parsons West Virginia from Winchester, Virginia. The outside is very modern and beautiful. Was never sure what place was driving by as they have a big window out front where you can see all the prep work being done which I think is quite cool. So tonight my husband said let’s stop by and have dinner on our way home. You walk in and it’s very cute. Everything about that place was beautiful. Staff was very friendly and attentive. For food my husband and I both got the Mac burger and I got a side of collard greens. The only reason I gave it a four on the food I feel fall short for both myself and the server. My burger was medium to medium rare and I have to have my burgers well done. I did my best to finish it. At the time we ordered it we weren’t asked how we wanted to cooked and I did not even think to tell her I wanted mine well done so I feel like that fell on both of us. The collard greens were spot on! We will definitely be back when passing through and I will get the burger again. I will just remember to ask for it to be well done. Oh, and my husband wanted me to mention, the beers are so inexpensive he got a ultra for $3. Definitely if passing through, you need to stop their hours Are a little bit different. They’re open Thursday, Friday, Saturday Sunday 5 to 9. So more of a dinner place.
