Where to start, the whole experience was stellar. The food was top tier, the creativity and fresh ingredients shine through. The service was amazing. The staff was so professional. The chef chatted with us about food and flavors while we had the best seat watching it all be plated. The drink were local ciders and IPAs (as well as a full bar). We are going to make this a monthly date night to explore the ever changing menu.

They have by far spoiled us. The limited menu is unlimited in taste, the entire staff is kind and bring a warm and fuzziness you can’t find else where. Not to mention their Hush Puppies are unhushable!

You come into a small poor town. The highest wage in town pays $12. And you have the audacity to charge $10 for cornbread. You coming, you buy our property and then you wanna charge us thirty dollars for fish that we could literally walk across the street and drop a line in the creek and catch ten of them go back to New York or Northern Virginia just don't stay here

I’ve passed Mack’s Bingo Kitchen several times recently while passing through Wardensville. After a morning of hiking around Trout Pond, a stop for lunch was more than necessary. The interior is so beautiful- open, with high ceilings but still feels cozy. The service team was so lovely and attentive. I had the simple salad and the catfish sandwich. The salad was so fresh and the fried catfish sandwich was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sauce and delicious pickles. I think I’ll be craving that sandwich! Wonderful first experience, and I can’t wait to come back!

Food was incredible, wait staff was so attentive and kind, and the atmosphere was incredible. We were a party of 10 with diverse dietary needs and they were so accommodating and able to work with all of us to make sure we had stuff to eat. Had the best time ever!

Our waitress Kirsten was excellent! So welcoming and such a sweetheart! The food was amazing , we will definitely be back if we travel this way again!

Absolutely outstanding hidden gem. Amazing farm to table food, excellent service by Debra, great atmosphere. The Fried catfish sandwich has amazing homemade buns and perfectly fried fish. Can’t recommend this place more!

Unfortunately, one of the servers (not our main server) spilled the hot pork juice/grease from my plate onto my husband. While she apologized and got some wet paper towels from us, we felt as if we should have been offered a complimentary serving, rather than paying full price. The young woman was fairly casual about the whole thing, but my husband’s clothing is probably ruined, due to the amount of greasy juice spilled all over his shirt and pants. While the food was decent, my husband’s enjoyment of the evening was spoiled.

Mack’s is an absolute treat. The menu has something for everyone and a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Wait staff always helpful. Love the their concept of helping high school and college kids in WV. A great place and we highly recommend
