Food was good and would have been an overall positive experience besides having to walk under a waterfall to get in the store due to the employee outside pressure-washing the building. Maybe this is something that can be done outside normal business hours?

I just had to come on here to say what a pleasant visit we had yesterday evening, and it was thanks to the wonderful staff that day but mostly the man who served us. Service for 6, and everything was perfect! Thank you Matthew for making our visit so enjoyable! You went above and beyond! If you all plan on driving down here to your local KFC in Wayne, you might want to go turn around and go back to another one because they obviously don’tmake sure you have all your food when you’re driving literally 11miles.

Nice KFC. We had a issue with items missing from our online order but the employees corrected the issue and made it right for us.
If you want fresh food and great service, I highly suggest this location. I've never had a bad meal from and the staff is always friendly and will do what they can to make your experience a pleasant one.
