This place is going downhill, wait in drive thru line forever (27 minutes) only to get your order wrong, ask who the boss is and they said at this time they didnt have one, the lady who was named gerri moved on. w.t.h
the fries are cold, pretty much frozen and soggy absolutely disgusting and they never get your orders right.
Night time employee Tim is probably one of the best employees here. Thank you so much for greeting me by name every time I come in and not pretending to not see me!! Always working and keeping people moving every time I'm there! Awesomeness, needs more employees like him!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👍👍👍

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a family-friendly spot where you can enjoy treats like Blizzards and ice cream. The staff is polite and accommodating, especially for kids. Although there were some issues with missing items in an order, the manager, Charles, was friendly and quick to make things right. The drive-thru service can be slow due to the dining room being closed, but overall, it's a nice place for a sweet outing with the family.
