Worst Dairy Queen anywhere. Our chicken basket included 4 tiny, hard as rocks chicken strips, 7 french fries and a gravy cup in which the gravy barely covered the bottom of the cup. We will never spend another penny here.

My experience at the Dairy Queen in Wellsburg WV was sickening It is unsanitary . The employees are rude dismissive & disrespectful especially the general manager Asha. Do not eat there & do not take your children.Unless you want hair in your food. Asked for peanut buster parfait to be replaced because it had no chocolate syrup. Girl who remade it slammed the chocolate bottle off counter with pissed off look on face. When I said something to the manager on duty she said we get complaints about her all the time but can’t find employees. Other visits it has taken forever in drive thru with only 2 or 3 cars in line. I would rather buy ice cream from the one in Weirton or Steubenville than spend a dollar here:

no vanilla milk shakes with 3 machines all down, took 30 mins to get chilli cheese dogs. had to microwave them 5 times to get them heated correctly

This place just keeps going downhill further and further. Mobile ordered 2 chicken strip baskets, came in at the time I was told it would be done and guess what? Yeah I'm still here waiting. Plus they ran out of gravy, (which is the only reason i get the order i did) every time I stop here there's some issue of they ran out of that or the ice cream is runny. I know my bad experiences don't happen to everyone so be your own judge.... but I refuse to spend any more money at this store.

I know this has to be a franchise owned location; since it’s one of the worse Dairy Queen’s around the area. The service is so slow, items never put together correctly, you will be lucky to even get the correct items. I truly think that corporation needs to step in and talk to this franchise owner. They are running their name into the ground!!

Ordered an Original Cheeseburger Signature Stackburger (double) & large fries. I got a regular cheeseburger, a bacon cheeseburger, & ice cold fries. I live 30 mins away, so no going back to correct a bad order. Very disappointing. Wow...gave the bacon cheeseburger to my husband & when he opened it, the bacon was raw, not pink, raw. They did manage to get the lemon/lime Misty Blends right though. This place was a go-to at one time, not so much anymore.

WOW. I can honestly say I have NEVER had worse customer service in my life. Waited for 45 minutes in the drive through line for 2 blizzards because they were “short staffed”. I felt understanding at first but when we finally got to the window & saw 4 people working?! Scratch that, not working.. literally just standing there or pretending to clean? The level of disrespect is shocking. How is it possible for people to even be that rude? Making 8+ cars wait for almost an hour just because you don’t want to do your job. I have never spoken up about customer service & will usually just deal with whatever inconvenience it is but this was just shocking so I had to speak up. That’s all. (:
