There are no employees working the counters at this location. They have gone to a kiosk only setup where all ordering is done from a screen. That wouldn't normally be a big issue but when added with the problem of food quality, it all adds up. Ive given this location more than a few chances the past month and it always seems to be the same issue. Very old, aged ingredients, especially tortillas. They are dry and crumble apart. Even the gorditas, when fried, turn into crumbled messes. This was my last attempt with this location.

Every single time I goto this restaurant, the kids that are employed here are rude, they ignore you until you get irritated, and they forget to give you parts of your order. For being the brand new franchise in town.... they are worst. I'm not saying your order won't be amazing but every time I've ordered they forget things. Like the nacho cheese for the nacho fries, or that extra sour cream you paid for on the side. My fries are always cold and soggy but my burritos are always delicious. This particular store is so hit and miss that it's a gamble any time you go here. Sorry for the storybook but I never have a good time when I go here.

Got to the restaurant kinda late when they was about to close and thank goodness they let us place an order but my goodness the unnecessary attitude from the worker at the drivethru was appalling to say the least !! Other than that it was a great visit!! Will go again !!
