Fries were cold and tasted terrible. Really dark looking like grease needs changed. Or thier double dipping them into the grease. This usually happens with drive thru or mobile order. Never again I'm done with the drive thru.

Just left Wendy’s and drove all the way back to work. I asked if they had put hot sauce in for my chili. They said yes and they actually did! I was then disappointed that my baked potato, which is expensive anyway, had only chives. No sour cream! I dumped my chili on. But hey, they remembered hot sauce! Do better!

Saturday evening around 6pm, I got the most perfect burger that in all the years of eating at different food establishments and when I say perfect, even the wrapper was perfectly folded. The date was 11/16. So whoever made it did a fabulous job and it showed pride in their work. So thanks for making my day.

4.65 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit that might have had a half a slice of bacon on it, I won't be going back any time soon.

Two is being generous because sometimes it's great service. However most of the time you can expect to sit and wait even if you have a pick up order. Many times the orders have been wrong or missing straws or items. I really can't say enough how much you may end up waiting getting food here. Spent almost my entire lunch hour waiting for an order I already placed

If you can’t count you shouldn’t work.. ordered a 10 piece nugget and the only put 5 in there so kinda disappointed and they were cold. Also, staff there was very rude and acted like everyone in line was a bother to them. Won’t return here lol

I have gone here twice in the last month. Figured first trip was just a bad experience but my second trip proved it is an ongoing issue. Twice I went to order and stood there just being looked at no one even said hello. Then when I finally got my food both times looked like an elementary student made it because it was just thrown together. It was so bad I threw it away both times. Never have this poor service or food quality when I go to the Weirton or Steubenville location. A district manager should step up and spend some time in this store helping the manager teach the crew members customer service and how to clean the store. I won’t be giving any of my $ to this location.

My car broke down and manager said it was OK to leave it. Said part prob be week to come in. Then the district manager towed it. Cost me like 300 bucks. No more eating at wendys in welsburg. Not cool. It was a local car too with wv plates and they new it was there.

They never have enough staff to adequately take care of their patrons and because of this the overall experience is usually bad. Ever time I have gone here into past 2 and 1/years, my order has had something wrong and/or I have become ill. I do not recommend eating here.

Sitting at the window in the heat with no drink while they pay no attention until the food is ready as well. Or “Please pull up and wait so we can hit our turn time bonus.”
