Finally got a chance to try them out, we had the open faced roast beef and the baked steak, along with the hot fudge cake for dessert. Everything was incredible and I can’t wait to catch them out again to try something else. Not to mention the food trailer not only looked spotless inside, but smelled clean and sanitized as well!!
