Was RUDE when I tired to order on the app. DID NOT GIVE A REFUND when called before 10:00 pm. I hope to resolve the issue

West liberty Wv service sucks. My order I called in was incorrect. I told the lady I would have NEVER ordered what we received! & I was told it was on the Receipt so I would have to purchase again what I wanted with a rude attitude. If she wasnt answering phones while wearing EAR BUDS playing music she may have not messed it up. We will drive the few extra miles to go else where.

We ordered our food around 4:45pm and it said 30-40 mins. Than a hour went by tracker said it would be another hour. So that would be 2 hours until our food might have been delivered. This is not the first time that this has happened.

This is the only dominos I've ordered from where they will deliver you the wrong pizza and then CALL YOU to accuse you of lying after submitting a report on the wesbite.

I mean it's Dominoes. Come on people.
First time and last time. Bland crust. Barely cooked- we put it in the broiler ourselves! And the mushrooms tasted like fish! Disgusting. With it being in West Lib with the university you'd think they'd be better but seeing how nothing else is close they obviously don't give a care. I'll drive further because this place is gross. ?

Canceled my order without telling me. Ther were screaming over the phone when I called.
Worst dominos ever. Takes forever every time. Live in area and gave them many chances. Complete trash
