I ordered the 2 for 5$ Whopper Jr. requesting one with Swiss and bacon and one cheese and bacon both with only lettuce and tomato. I was charged extra for the cheese, neither had bacon, and everything was added to both instead of just tomato and lettuce. Does this place actually train their workers in operating a register or just put them behind it and expect them to figure it out?

The onion ring, soda and combo meal I ordered was fresh, hot and quickly delivered. The service was on the ball and didn't miss one thing I asked for. Love this place.

We drove through the drive through and placed the most simple order you could imagine, two of this chicken wraps, one with nothing but just the wrap and chicken, the other with whatever comes on it, two separate flavors, and a large coke. The woman who took our order seemed attentive to the order through the loudspeaker, but once we pulled up to the line we noticed she was leaning out of the building talking to a man, just laughing having a good time, they stop talking after about a minute or two and he drives off, she must’ve handed him the food prior to us even coming around the building, because she handed him nothing while we waited. Just talking, I would have to assume she was too busy wrapped up in flirty conversation while taking my order she couldn’t even register any of the specifics, I ordered the plain Jane chicken wrap, and got absolutely covered in every topping they add. This is my first review for this Burger King location, unfortunately it is not the first bad experience. Do better.
