Purchased an ice cream cake and was over charged $4. I asked why and the two immature, ill trained, and obnoxious kids refused to call a manager to fix the problem. I was also refused service to write on the cake because they were too busy. I was the ONLY ONE in line. Called and spoke to a so-called manager and she was RUDE. Spoke with a second manager who was much more professional and she was to send a refund but never saw it. Called again and told she would send it again. Never saw it. Poor excuse for a business.

We stopped for banana splits. They were ok. But when I ask the server if I could get all chocolate ice cream she scowled. I didnt see rude on the menu but there it was. Very unwelcoming. And the work area was messy, unattended, and no napkins in the dispenser. She needs another job. And openly rude to her co-worker. 😒 In fact I didn't encounter any friendly staff here at BFS. Obviously Management is non existant here.

Every time I visit the Dairy Queen in Wellston, it’s truly a five-star experience. The entire staff goes above and beyond, always working hard and greeting everyone with genuine smiles that make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. It’s always such a joy bringing my kids here—the wide variety of ice cream options keeps them excited every single time, and we’ve made so many sweet memories together.
I especially want to recognize Rebecca—she is one of the hardest-working, most dedicated people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She not only keeps everything running smoothly, but also creates such a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers and staff alike. Dairy Queen is very fortunate to have someone like her on their team. :)

All the treats of Dairy Queen in Weston! Store was clean. This location also has a Little Ceasars in it as well. It was a lot of fun.
The strawberry cheesecake blizzard had no strawberries. All tasting of cheesecake only.

we were at the drive thru at 9:54pm said hello several times, with no response finally at 10pm they said sorry we just closed. Please don’t post hours if you’re not going to adhere to them.

This is 3rd time that This DQ has either not even made the cake or completely messed up are order, this experience is the reason it hard to support local businesses, when you can't rely on them, so frustrating, ordered cake 3 days ago, there was no cake order upon arriving this morning, paid $28 for a cake I never wanted, so disappointed, we but 8+ cakes here a year, never again
