Don Patron Mexican Grill

Went for lunch with my friend and I had a taco salad,, the taco shell was thin but it was soaked in juice or grease! The salad was limp and the meat was so full of juice it ruined the entire salad. I had heard wonderful things about this place but I was so disappointed.

OMG they have the best Chicken Tortilla Soup EVER!!! I would go back to Westin in a heartbeat just to be able to go to this restaurant.

Food is decent, not authentic, but good. Not much spice though. I would recommend getting rid of the ranch dip though, its WAY too sweet and just doesnt make sense. Should replace it with a salsa verde or something.

We ordered from them several times for our crew filming in the area. Food was always hot and delicious. They even took the time to separate the orders for us. Fantastic service!

I gave 4 stars because the tacos i got were smaller then the ones I have gotten at the other Mexican restaurants and the meat was a little spicy. Also as the chips cool, they get stale unlike others i have been to. Other then that it was still good. And the server was great by checking on us and filling our drinks.

I was there with a LARGE group. This place has a very extensive menu -tough decisions! Drinks came out quickly and food did not take long, though there was some confusion serving the food more than likely due to orders not being taken around the tables in order. I ordered enchilada veritas (?) which was three crab meat stuffed enchiladas with cheese sauce and grilled shrimp. YUMMY! Also with rice and a house salad. The enchiladas were amazing! The dressing on the salad was spicy so if you don't like hot foods, ask for it on the side. My only complaint was that I ordered a double Crown over ice and it was not even a shot w/ ice in strength. My dad ordered a double crown also- the coloring was not the same, his was not strong enough either to be a double and mine was more watered down than his. I should have ordered a margarita, lol.
