I visit many dunkin donuts while traveling. Which i do often. I have noticed with this dunkin donuts, it never gives me a full glass of iced coffee or specialty drink. It is never very full unlike others. Just wondering why? Not any cheaper like to get what I pay for

Every time I order here either through the app or drive through my order is completely messed up. I live 24 miles away and my husband stops on his way home from work it's not like we can just run back. I tried to call 3 times this evening and they didn't bother to answer the phone. You all need to get your stuff together

I swear this place is either right on top of it or they’re scraping from the bottom of the barrel with workers. One day I’ll order my coffee and it’ll be perfect. The next I’ll order it and it’ll be completely messed up. Today I ordered my coffee and ended up with cold foam on top. Nowhere on my ticket does it say cold foam. I’ve been given Iced coffee before when what I order is a frozen coffee.

Order a large coffee would not give me a hot refill. There was grounds in the cup that I poured into my mug. Need another two or 3 ounces of coffee to fill it up. She wanted to charge me for a whole milk cup. This place sucks everybody stay away.
Stopped in there at 8.15 am with a bus of 20 girls. They had us in and out with zero mistakes with our orders in about 20 minutes. They had plenty of staff and all were very nice and polite.

topped in to satisfy a sweet tooth. Ordered a large matcha and a powdered donut. The matcha had so much ice I drank the drink in 6 gulps and a Lg cup is huge. So I pretty much paid for a cup of ice and sip of matcha. The donut had to be at least a few days old. It was hard and stale. Would’ve took it back but was already up the road. Also when I asked if they had banana cold foam the male worker looked at me like I was dumb and replied “uh no” with tons of attitude. The first time I stopped in there a month ago my drink wasn’t good but figured I’d give it another try. Won’t be back

Food is good when the workers actually give you what you order. First time wraps are missing hashbrowns , another time no sauce. And not a word said as to why.

I thought that this was gonna be a good place and the first time or two it really was but the next 3 times I went it was awful I haven't gotten what I'd asked for any of the times and the cs is cruddy they are rude and never take time to do what you've askwd/payed for!
