Pulled in at 10:00 the place was completely dark and the drive through shut down but according to the app and google they are supposed to be open until 11 pm. I really think that if business hours are posted then the employees should abide by posted hours!!

Had thee worst experience ever at any KFCtoday at the weston wv location waited over 20 minutes for my food and when I asked for my money back the kitchen staff got smart with me I will never go to the Weston KFC ever

Had the worst experience at any KFC in my life at the Weston WV location waited a little over 20 minutes on my food then I just went in and asked for my money back and got smart remarks from the kitchen staff if they were sort staffed and behind would have appreciated being told that but they didn't and I will never stop at that location ever again

Me and wife went here get sum food. 37 dollars of not alot of food at all. The drinks were flat. First we pull up the girl was taking trash out the cans. Then ahe stop and came in the store with us. Remind you she never washed her hands. Then girl didn't tell us our food was ready. Those chicken wraps is a freaking rip off and number 7. I Don't if I ever wanna go back to a kfc again

It was even time and got a family meal to go. It smelled great and just came out of the oven. I got 4 side dishes and 16 piece original chicken. Also got paper plates so I didn't have dishes to do. Inside was a couple people. Everything was clean and employees were sweet as well.I got home and everything was still hot and excellent. Even the biscuits were delicious and I don't care much for them. I really enjoyed my dinner. I Recommend this place to everyone.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian's can have green beans, and or corn is all I can think of.
Dietary restrictions: High protein in the chicken. Sugar free drinks.
Parking: It stays pretty clean. One way in and one way out. It's a pretty big parking area. It's all level ground. They have window service to.
Kid-friendliness: It's nice that the local police patrol a bunch through out the day. So I feel safe letting my family eat there any time.

I ordered the 8 piece original at the drive through, got home, and the chicken had grease standing on the bottom of the bucket and the chicken was burned. I took it back and the manager said it was because the grease was old and would be another couple of days till it's changed. She said all the original come out like that. I got crispy in exchange, and it was terrible because of old oil. They need to change the oil more than once a week. I won't go there again.
