Very cool little winery. Just wish they had food, but we enjoyed a glass of wine there and chatting with the locals.
Giving Lambert’s a five-star rating feels like a disservice. It should be higher. Not only is it a wonderful place to visit in West Virginia for the mountain atmosphere, cozy cabins, delicious wine, and pizza nights, it is also an exemplary wedding venue. My husband and I married this past weekend and I am blown away at everything that happened. From the food, to the gorgeous former-wine cellar chapel, the lights, the staff, the help of the coordinator, and the love shown by the owners…we are utterly speechless and so sad it’s over. I cannot recommend visiting or celebrating a milestone in your life here enough. I never expected to feel as wealthy as I did but they did an amazing job catering to my every need - outwardly stated or not. They just knew what to do. Every minute was perfectly crafted and executed by them. We never had to worry. I love Lambert’s and I know you will too.
Beautiful facilities with great wines and great people! JB (his family business) was an amazing host with great suggestions on food and activities while we were in town.

Just beautiful!! Wines are on the top of my list, SO GOOD!!
This place is amazing .The owner actually walks you thru the place .He took his time and showed us the whole process of bottling . The blackberry wine is the best to me . I made sure we brought a bottle home to enjoy later . If you you are looking for somewhere dog friendly to stop this is theplqce as well . Dogs did the whole tour. We enjoyed the tour and also if you were looking for a wedding venue he has a beautiful chapel and covered area for tour event .
Wine was decent. Food was good. Property has nice qualities.
Beautiful place friendly staff and good wine
So sorry to write this review. I was hoping for a good experience given so many positive reviews. My experience was so disappointing. I had a wine tasting including 5 wines. The only palatable tasting was the Riesling and it was overly dry. I should have walked in and directly out. My day started with an amazing visit to Aura spa and the this winery definitely placed a damper on an otherwise wonderful day.

My husband and I went to Weston to visit the asylum. There's not much to do in Weston although it is a quaint little town. We went to the winery to kill time and stayed there for 2.5 hours. The staff were friendly and the whole atmosphere was very relaxed. It was a nice place to just drink wine and hang out. My favorite wine was the Elderberry and my husband's was Niagra.
We had an amazing time at the winery. We had a tasting and ended up buying a case of wine plus one cold bottle to enjoy there. We also got a charcuterie board that had cheeses, pepperoni, crackers spicy pickles and a dipping sauce(gator sauce). The winery grounds are amazing too with lots of stone and woodwork. Even an underground “chapel” for weddings. A definite must place if you’re in the area.
Great wine and the atmosphere is amazing!!!
Great wine and the atmosphere is amazing!!!
We don’t live in WV but our roots are in Weston. We go to the winery every time we visit and have always had a wonderful experience. The Lamberts greeted us warmly and even sat and reminisced with us. This place brings some modern class to Weston, offering a place for date nights, get togethers, weddings and a beautiful locations for photos. In fact, Mr Lambert took our family photos for us just months before our dad passed. We are happy for their success and hope to get back there soon.
