Ive only gone through the drive-thru, so I can't speak up on the inside of the store, but I can tell you that the staff was very friendly, as well as prompt. The food tasted exactly like you'd expect good to taste that comes from a chain.

Stopped by here to have a bite to eat while traveling. The food was hot and fresh. We ordered a lot and it didn't take them long st all to have it ready. The salmon was delicious as well!!
Pulled up to order and got nothing for two solid minutes, enough that I was debating on pulling through and leaving. I wondered what was taking so long as there was only 1 car in the parking lot and no one in front of me in the drive through. A female came on and apologized for my wait and got my order of 2 fish tacos and said it would be probably a 5 minute wait without giving explanation. I said okay and pulled forward. I got to the window and sat there watching my time for 3 minutes without anyone coming to the window. Got tired of my experience and went across the street to Wendy's where I was in and out in 1-2 minutes.

Parking: Plenty of free parking in their own lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a wheelchair ramp

So many have closed down. It's a treat to find one. It could stand some remodeling but food was good. Still has one of the best tasting cole slaw and hush puppies.
