I've worked in volga for over a year. Every single time I come to this McDonald's, not just once. But every single time I have been here, theres not a soul in the parking lot they park you for 20 minutes. Always an excuse. Next thing you know they've parked 7 people. Absolutely ridiculous, I can understand if you're busy but I swear this is the last time I ever come to a mcdonalds especially this trash hole. If I wanted to wait 30 minutes on food after working 12 hours id go to sit down somewhere.

Go to BK across the street; Easily the worst McDonald’s ever. They serve stale hockey pucks for McMuffins, cold and undercooked hash browns, and fill their coffee 2/3.

Order at the window they tell you to park. Order online 15 minutes a head of time they park you and everyone you ordered before gets their food. Usually takes 12-24 minutes to get our food we ask if the sauces are in the bag and they never are and I have to go back inside and ask for them. Only McDonald’s I’ve ever been to that has 6 overflow drive thru parking spots and will park 8 people blocking everyone in. I understand fast drive thru times is the goal but it’s cheating the system if you park us in order to meet your drive thru goal times.

An Absolute Embarrassment of a Restaurant

This McDonald’s is hands-down the worst fast-food location I’ve ever wasted money at. It’s not just occasional mistakes—it’s a pattern of total incompetence. Every single visit, the order is wrong. Missing items, completely incorrect items, food thrown together like it was made out of spite instead of ingredients. It’s honestly hard to believe this place is even allowed to operate.

The food quality is beyond bad. Cold fries. Soggy buns. Meat that tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp since last week. Nuggets that are either rubbery or suspiciously hard. Nothing is fresh, nothing is hot, and nothing is made with even a shred of care. It feels like they go out of their way to serve garbage.

Customer service? Nonexistent. When you point out mistakes, you’re met with attitude, excuses, or employees who clearly couldn’t care less. No apology. No urgency to fix it. Just blank stares and frustration that you dared to expect the bare minimum.

This place doesn’t just fail at fast food—it fails at basic business. It’s slow, inaccurate, dirty-feeling, and staffed by people who act like your order is a personal inconvenience. I’ve given this location far more chances than it ever deserved, and it has managed to disappoint me every single time without exception.

Save your money. Save your time. Save your appetite. This McDonald’s is a complete lost cause.

I don’t usually complain, or write reviews, but today I am. I went in today, in between appointments with my wife like we do every Monday we can afford to. Everything was going fine, and I decided that before we left I’d get a frappe. I ordered it with extra mocha and caramel drizzles. What I got was a frappe with little to no drizzle at all. Which irked me but what made me angry was I heard a manager say “can someone work on these drink?” And then call out what my drink was and got to the “extra drizzles “ part and I heard an employee exclaim “I’m not doing that shit” and the manager said “I don’t blame you” . I’m thoroughly disappointed, as I am a loyal customer, who paid money for extra, and received disrespect verbally .

Stopped for a coffee and when opening it in my vehicle, it was only luke warm at best. Went back in with it to get another, the second one was full of coffee grounds and tasted nasty. Get it together and step up your game.

It’s 8:35 PM on Thursday, October 2nd for whatever manager wants to look this up. The girl at the drive thru was incredibly rude. Our fries were dumped in the bag, and after all that she rang up the order wrong. I understand having a bad day, but treating people with this level of attitude is crazy, if you are unable to work customer service without being a jerk then you simply just shouldn’t do it.

The person that just served me in the Drive-Thru she was not friendly at all. You know it doesn't take much for the business to say thank you. I said thank you three times during our exchange and there was just crickets on the other side. That's a really bad reflection on this establishment. Train your people to have manners. It should have been three. Thank yous from the business. It's the customer that needs to be thanked. It's a customer that keeps you in business. Remember that.

We normally have bad experiences at McDonald's. I don't know how many times we have had to go in and return tepid coffee for hot coffee or stood at the front and waited for someone to wait on us.
Today, we had service quickly and graciousness.
The young man who waited on us deserve praise! I wish I had got his name. Thank you!
