not sure when i will learn but EVERY time you try and go through the drive thru they ALWAYS mess something us. you have to literally pull over and check EVERYTHING you ordered to make sure you got it all and it is right. Not sure if their training needs to be updated or overhauled or what. But something needs to be done.

You know I’m not one to do this and if I could rate it a zero I would we went to PA for something and got back around 12 in the morning and was really hungry not eating all most all day and when we get there we sat in the drive through at the second window for almost 30 minutes and when we got our food our fries were almost ice cold I got the $5 meal and only got three out of the four chicken nuggets and they didn’t even give us any dipping sauce when we pacificly asked for it and when we asked if it was in the bag they said yes witch it wasn’t and the sweet tea tasted sour and wasn’t even sweetened the staff was rude and we will not be coming there again

Passing through the area, arrived in the evening time. Trash cans were overflowing, trash on floor, tables dirty, bathrooms nasty, and slow to get our food. Wasn't overly busy. If the restaurant is that poorly maintained, makes me wonder how my food was prepared.
Overall it was a normal visit to this particular McDonald's. Ordered thru the drive-thru, paid and the first window, pulled up to the second, waited a few minutes, was told to pull up from the lane and park someone would bring it out, and proceeded to wait another 6 minutes for someone to bring my order out. All of this would have been somewhat acceptable if everything had been fresh. As it sat one of the orders of fries was from the fresh batch, the rest from a much colder batch. The burgers were ok aside from one was put in the bag in it's side stuffed beside an order of fries. That one was pretty messy. The chicken nuggets, sadly, were similar to the fries. Some of them were hot and fresh, some of them were cold and a long way from fresh. They did put napkins, straws, and the ketchup and dipping sauces (yaay!) This location is generally pretty good about making sure requested sauces and items are in the bag, if you ask at the second window. If you ask while placing your order or at the first window the request seldom makes it to the people preparing the order. Overall, an ok trip. The order was correct, but it was also cold. The burgers were topped correctly, but unfortunately one of them was served on its side instead. My biggest issue is every single visit being told to pull forward and park. I could understand if it was every so often, but almost every trip unless you're just getting beverages. Those you'll get at the window (then they'll have you pull up if you have any food). It's a solid 3/5. There's better, but there's also worse.
Parking: An entire Plaza frer parking lot adjacent if McDonald's is full.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking avaliable and bathroom is accessible.

Gave the people in front of us our food, which would be fine on it's own. However, they proceeded to take 20 minutes to get our order to us, and that was only after we walked in to ask what was going on. I'll be asking for my money back next time instead of waiting around. They also forgot the sauce for our nuggets, and didn't give us the free pies they promised. Embarrassing service.

My family and I came to eat here and waited so long. That we ended up leaving after they sat and just looked at us not making use feel welcomed at all. Buckhannon is was more packed but you feel welcomed and get efficient service.
