This Dunkin is so hit or miss depending on the employee that’s working. Sometimes it’s quick and excellent coffee from a nice employee such as JD. Other times, it’s a half full cup of old coffee after a 30 minute drive thru wait.

Ordered a M chocolate latte and atwo glazed donuts, there was absolutely no glaze on the donuts and to top it off my latte didn’t even taste like coffee. More like burnt beans, if yah want your fix of donuts and coffee, dont come here…

I'm going to give this place a little boost with it's reputation. . . felt like getting a cup of coffee last week at this Dunkin' (near my hotel). The coffee was hot, made correctly the way I wanted it, and cost less than the same order in my hometown. The business did its purpose.

I love DD iced tea. Stopped today while passing through and it was like drinking a cup of mold. Someone needs to clean house a bit.I have to say, the donuts were very nice.

30 minutes to get 2 cups of coffee. People behind us got severed before us. We asked about our order lady said it was overlooked. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN DONUTS

Simply inept. Long delays to take orders in the drive thru with no customers inside the building Once my order was taken, (two donuts, one coffee), I received two separate orders of the donuts. When I mentioned to the attendant that I already had my donuts, she looked at a colleague with disgust as if there was no communication that me order was in fact delivered. But then I was told there was a delay for my coffee. So, do they keep track of when more coffee is needed or not? And thanks for no napkins. 6 workers, only a few drive thru customers, with no customers inside. Keystone cops. Unless there is significant, quick improvement, be ready for a bummer experience.

Sadly, they were understaffed which had them stressed, so short staffed that they were not accepting orders at the counter and were not serving hot food. When ordering at the kiosk we thought we ordered "2 cream" but the standard "4 cream" stuck and when we said something all hell broke loose. "I made it how you entered it" and "I don't know what to tell you, man" . My husband said their customer service needed work and pleaded for them to remake the coffee so we could leave the male staff member told us we could just leave and make our own coffee at home. It was as simple as just remaking one coffee and turned into a miserable experience.

My experience today was a poor one. I have never stopped at this location before. We stopped in about 4:30pm. I asked for a Cresent sandwich they did not have them, so I decided to get a glaze donut and an unsweetened tea instead. My husband got a lemon donut and a coffee. The tea was terrible, I'm not sure if the water was bad or tea not very strong, but it was terrible. The donuts are honestly just okay. I have not had great experiences at Dunkin recently and honestly I would go to local it has to be better!
We walked in at 2:20pm on a Saturday after stopping for gas on a road trip and they didn’t have donuts. Not a single donut. Just Dunkin. No donuts.

I'm a semi truck driver so there is not any places that we can stop this being one of the stops that doesn't have much space either. however I ordered a black ice tea and the barista gave it to me hot and when I told him I ordered iced tea he asked if just a cup of ice will do it as if the ratios wont be off if ice is added instead of taking the time to remake the drink properly one star had to make the drink myself in front of the barista's as if I didn't just order in the store they didn't even take the time to remake my drink properly one star.

Would give zero stars if I could. Probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. The drive through is always backed up, no matter the time of day, and the donuts are usually old. Tried to go inside a couple times since the line is always long, just to find the employees on their phones standing around doing nothing and goofing off. No wonder this place is always so slow, the staff doesn't care at all. Really sad how poorly this Dunkin is run given how great the location is....

Absolutely horrid service. Ordered three donuts and waited 25+ mins. I understand that if you’re rushed it takes a bit, but they worked on orders 18 numbers ahead of mine before working on mine. Once I finally got my order, it was only two donuts. They didn’t even give me the correct two out of three, as they chose to replace my boston creme donut (which they were apparently out of) with Bavarian creme without asking. 1/10
