They seemed understaffed. While I was in there, there was a door dasher complaining about her pickup order from last time in a pretty annoying tone. The staff handled it great and were very courteous. Which was nice because I would have definitely made that lady sit and wait a while if she spoke to me that way. Anyway, food was as expected. The steak nuggets were likely not beef, but repurposed deer ankles.

Gave you guys a second chance. Crystal is our cashier. She was very pleasant, great personality. Unfortunately our food came out semi warm. It's nothing worse than expecting a crispy chicken bacon, with swiss and it not being fresh and hot! It was a lady, he said her name was don she was too very loud. 8/ Crystal is awesome! Food was called not enjoyable will not be returning

Fast service thru drive thru.. everything hot. Condiments were added to the bag with my food. Great service
We ordered a kids meal, adult meal, and cheese sticks. No sauce at all for anything, no straws or napkins, I got the French dip it's ice cold and it was apparently never hot because the cheese is not even slightly melted. Arbys was always my go to (until lately) because you're order was always right, food was good, and service was friendly. Sadly all of those positives seem to be changing.
