They seemed understaffed. While I was in there, there was a door dasher complaining about her pickup order from last time in a pretty annoying tone. The staff handled it great and were very courteous. Which was nice because I would have definitely made that lady sit and wait a while if she spoke to me that way. Anyway, food was as expected. The steak nuggets were likely not beef, but repurposed deer ankles.
Gave you guys a second chance. Crystal is our cashier. She was very pleasant, great personality.
Unfortunately our food came out semi warm. It's nothing worse than expecting a crispy chicken bacon, with swiss and it not being fresh and hot!
It was a lady, he said her name was don she was too very loud.

Although one of my fewer places to get fast food (prices), Arby's in the Grove (Elm Grove) is great for take out food (drive thru) food and is always hot and fresh and wait time is minimal. Of course all fast food restaurants are pricey under the Biden regime. Arby's in the Grove has always been on my radar.
