Amazing wings!!!! Like 200 choices of flavors. Don't let the exterior scare you truly a great staff and food! We had 3 different flavors and they were all excellent.

We just had a horrible experience with Big Shot Bob’s and ordering through Door Dash. The gentleman working was extremely rude to our driver. He even told him to leave the restaurant. Door Dash had to be called. Our order was very late, and we didn’t receive half of what we ordered. The chicken tenders came plain without any sauce on them or on the side (as ordered). Our “Bacon Ranch Cheese Fries” came without Ranch. We are very disappointed with our order. It was a huge waste of money.

Words can’t describe. Nothing was accurate, food was cold, atmosphere reminded me of a dying night club from the late 80’s with a Boys to Men cover band. How does anyone eat here?

Wings were overcooked. Bread on the hoagie was way overcooked. I ordered four cans of Root Beer and got four cans of Dr. Pepper. Not a good experience at all.

Service was great and the food is always tasty. Your food is made to order so always fresh. I always get my wings a little more well done with sauces on the side. All of the sandwiches I have had are really good. The only reason for the 4 stars is the pricing is high. For 2 sandwiches and bacon cheese fries it was over $34. But, I will continue to eat here.

Ordered a grilled chicken salad. Received a big container of iceberg lettuce with dry, grilled lunch meat, mushy tomatoes and a blob of cheese. Couldn't even eat the toppings. I ate a $9 box of lettuce and the 10 french fries included

Finally tried BSB’s yesterday and loved our wings!! I can’t even remember the flavors we got but they were some of the best wings we’ve had in the valley!

I just ordered wings from the elm grove BSB's and the order was wrong (twice), had to drive and pick up order second time and still not right. Couldn't eat one wing because all of them were dried out (think turkey scene in Christmas Vacation). Then on top of all, the customer service from the Assistant manager James couldn't have been worse! Eat BSB's weekly in Carnegie and have never had any issues.

Just ordered wings (black and mild, medium garlic parm, and the most interesting flavor in the world) and fries and it was THE BEST wings (and fries) I think I’ve ever had.

I ordered two subs through Door Dash. One was $12.99 and the other $13.99. The one I had was delicious, but the one my fiance had was missing some items on it (3 cheese sticks instead of 6). That's not an issue that requires complaint, unless you pay almost $14 for what appears to be a 7-8 inch sub. That's basically almost $2 per inch of sandwich which is highway robbery. No wonder they don't list what size their sandwiches are on their menu( I checked their online menu on the website before using doordash), but for that price I at least expect a foot long sub. If your in the Wheeling area, I Highly recommend Elm Grove Subs, for the same price you get a 15 inch sub loaded with ingredients, and they will all be there.
