Me and a buddy were doing a bike tour through wheeling. It was the only place open on a Sunday, fortunately for us. Had a great flavored coffee, and some kind of magical little pastry with Blueberries. You'll know the minute you walk in just from the smell, it's going to be good.

I grew up with my grandmother raising me, so I have spent a lot of time around some of the best sweets around. I never thought another person or bakery would out do my sweet grandmother, but boy did Bite Me Bakery just completely knock it out of the park. I have had many treats and sweets from here! I honestly have never tried something from here and was not absolutely satisfied beyond words. I believe it's the TLC and detail that goes into these bakery goods that truly separates Bite Me Bakery from the rest! As long as they are open no one else will get my money!!
Honestly, I don’t know how she does it all on her own. Always greeted with a smile and courteous professionalism. Everything is amazing but the macarons are out of this world!!!!! Courtney has managed to ruin every other bakery experience for me. Nowhere else comes close or begins to compare with the flavors at Bite Me!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in. You won’t be disappointed.

We walked in to inquire about a small wedding cake and cupcakes. The interaction seemed fine at first but once we asked about flavor options she immediately said it’s all online, understandable and to be expected these days but we are standing here asking. You would think she would be willing to give a few examples at least.
She then said to email her a request for a PDF of the flavors and options. We then went over when it would be needed, she said; we are booked three months out, the way she said came off as we were wasting her time by even asking for something sooner than that. She said she would go check her schedule and the date we needed was in fact open. She made it very clear that we would need to book within a couple days to secure that spot. We told her we would be in touch via email. Within an hour I had emailed her a follow up of our visit and what we needed and a request to see the PDF of flavors and options. She hasn’t responded to the email.
If she would have given us flavor options on the spot we would have booked on the spot. I’m only writing this review because of the email being ignored. I don’t expect perfection but I do expect the effort to be matched… especially after she made it clear we would need to get this squared away ASAP.

Delicious sweet and savory pastry selection, the almond cookie was fantastic!! We got the bagel filled bites, a blue berry danish, a biscotti and a cinnamon. All of them were amazing and great prices too!

Bite me bakery is fantastic. Tasty blend of OG donuts that are AMAZING to unique spin on other pastry’s. It is the only place I visited twice when I was in the valley.

Bought two huge coffe rolls for $5.50 a piece asked if they were fresh she said yes this was when they opened got home and they were hard barley chewable. They looked good though buyer beware. Especially at those prices could have gotten 2 slices of cheesecake at a restaurant.

Came in this morning and got the bagel bombs. I got the Asiago and my husband got the everything. Sooo good. Both got Iced Chais. Also super good. Cute environment. Friendly staff. Will definitely be back!
