I will never go back to this place! Ever! Went with some girl friends tonight that I dont see often to have dinner. We ordered drinks and food...was having a good time, talking, hanging out, eating our food...There wasnt many places to sit because of a show going on at the Capital so we sat at the bar..not a problem at all...one of the bartenders asked if we needed anything else and we said no so he got our checks..was there start to finish not even a whole hour..we paid..we were finishing up and the girls were finishing their drinks and the same bartender comes up asks if we were going to the show..we told him no and he told us "well people are waiting to sit down and we need your seats"!! We were paying customers eating and finishing our drinks and were pretty much told to leave someone needed our seats! Regardless of weather or not we were going to the show we should have never been asked to leave just because there was someone else "going to the show" What poor service! Never in my life have I been to a restaurant that has told me to leave someone needed my seat when im literally sitting there eating and drinking spending time with people I rarely see! Not to mention the place smells like straight grease and food had no flavor! Wasnt given napkins or silverware either.

Nice local place in wheeling. Great prices. Quick and attentive service. The gyro and Reuben were great. As were the tater tots. Best food we have had in wheeling so far.

This is a hidden gem! Cool atmosphere and attentive service. My food was delicious. The cheese balls incredible! Hot and crunchy on the outside and melted cheese on the inside with just a little spice! My burger was excellent. I got a side salad and it had more in it than most I get. If I’m back in Wheeling I’d go back!

The food was delicious. We got the steak salad, chicken wrap, onion rings, and fried pickles. The salad has plenty of toppings and the fried foods had a tasty breading that covered well. The beer selection was minimal but they had a nice whisky assortment. The place was extremely clean.

We were seated at the end of the bar near the register. It was extremely busy so it was expected that it may take some time before our drinks and dinner arrived. Everyone was hustling as quickly as they could, trying to handle the pre-concert crowd. Our bartender/server couldn't have been kinder. I wouldn't have blamed him in the least if he had gotten snippy right back at a couple rude customers but he handled it with grace. I definitely will be back!

First time eating here, and all around it's a nice spot. I liked the live music, the atmosphere is great, and the food is decent if overpriced. My only gripes are the portion sizes, and the cover charge that wasn't posted or told to us when we came in but added to the bill. For $14 I got the steak salad, the steak was good, tender and cooked nicely, but came with only a handful of lettuce. We tried a couple house cocktails that were decent but maybe not worth the $12,$13 price tag a piece, but I guess maybe these prices are intentional to keep riff raff out? Overall a good experience, it was just shocking to have a $100 check with 3 meals and 3 drinks.

We had an amazing experience at Bridge Tavern! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the service was friendly and attentive. Audrie was excellent—she made sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful throughout our visit. We ordered a Seasonal Rotation Draft, Devil Anse, a Suspension Smash Burger, and a Quarter Pound Hamburger—all were delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The burger had everything on it, and it was one of the best I've had in a long time. The Big Timber Blonde draft was also a perfect match for the meal. The prices were reasonable, and the quality of both the food and drinks was fantastic. Definitely recommend stopping by for a great time and great eats!

A great food spot next to the iconic Suspension Bridge! The cheese bites, turkey club and the suspension smash burger were all delicious. The owner Doug and our waitress were super informative of the area and friendly! We will definitely be back!
