I’m ngl I only gave them a two because Iknow they can do so much better. But the food was really bad 😭, how do you mess up the basics. I’m sorry to leave this review but literally had to throw away $50 worth of food 🥲. I really had high hopes, unfortunately was let down.

First off let me premise this review by saying the food is very good and the restaurant is clean. That being said my experience was excellent until I used a gift card to pay on my last visit July 1st. The first card I used said declined but it pre authorized the card for the amount which deducted from my gift card balance . I used a second gift card from the same company and it was approved. I brought up my concern to the host and he said oh it will go back on the card . Well it's a full week later and the funds are still in a holding pattern . I even stopped just to talk to the host about this matter and he said it's the gift card companies problem not his. Never offered anything. So at this time I won't be frequenting this establishment anymore . They clearly can see they charged me twice and just say wait. I waited and now I'll spend my local dollars somewhere else. Treat people better . Especially locals who live in the neighborhood.

I ordered 3 egg rolls based on reviews of this place. It was on my drive home. I got there 10 mins after I ordered, like they said. The egg rolls were fried so hard and brown that we could not bite them . We had to scoop out the filling to eat it. It appears they cook the egg rolls then fry them again to warm them up!

Ordered 5 meals for delivery. Food was delivered promptly. Order fot Crispy Noodles and beef had no beef. Order for Hunan Chicken was not delivered. Instead we received an order that appeared to be Hunan Beef but there was nothing spicy about it. In fact all of the food was bland and almost tasteless.

This was always one of my favorite places for Chinese food. Until last night. We ordered several of our favorite dishes for delivery. I don't know if they got a new cook or what, but it was not as good as previously. We were very disappointed. And it was all of it that was bad, not just one dish.

I've only been here once. The place is just ok. The food tends to be a little bland for my taste. I suppose if you are in the south end of Wheeling and in the mood for Chinese food, this would be a likely choice.
