The food was fine. It's the prices I can remember not that long ago when they would have specials.. two Whoppers for $5. It would be nice if they would have these retro sales every once in awhile. I think what they would do in in repeat business would be well worth it

Put a mobile order in..get there they tell me to pull around front..pull around front and they start getting other customers..as I sit and wait I see 4 other cars leave the parking lot with their orders..I sat outside for ten minutes..no food finally bring my food out...missing a drink cold burgers cold fries.. they made my order forgot about my order and then gave me my order cold..NEVER ORDER BK ON WHEELING ISLAND

Nestled under an overpass, much like a crack den, this place is about what you would expect. The burgers are mid, and the number of times I have gotten the butt end of lettuce on a whopper is too many to count. The real problem here is the fryer oil and lack of changing it. I had consumed an order of onion rings, and about an hour later, I was a deadly gas cannister spraying noxious fumes. My wife and I awoke at 4 a.m., gagging from the smell coming from my rear end. It was enough toxic fumes to subdue a full-grown rhinoceros. My wife fled the room in horror and I was left alone to perish in my own odor. Do not go here.

For the first time ever we didn't have to wait on food in the drive thru. The gentleman was well spoken and easy to understand as well as knowledgeable of the menu and suggestive for replacements but not overly so. They were quick but we didn't feel rushed and personable as he greeted us at the window. They even gave us an extra shake which was super cool given I spend over 200 a month there and never got even a fry for free. So that was cool. It usually sucks at any BK location but tonight they were great!! Good job crew!
Hours online are wrong, they shut the door on us, didn't except a walk up and other times ive been there it took us 20 min to get our food. Even when I did door dash I wouldn't even go there due to the wait times.

If you take the effort to upcharge for sauce at least provide what the customer pays for.
All the Burger King on Wheeling Island in West Virginia has taken out their self-service drinks, The food quality has always remained the best. The drive-thru is always the quickest but you have to remember to check to make sure you get everything you order before you leave the drive-thru because some employees forget to look at the screen to see what you ordered. All of the employees are very courteous and respectful.
