Pulled in solely for a drink. Took a sip 30 mins down the road just to realize i could SMELL and TASTE mildew/mold from an unclean water line or machine. The worker was nice but its no wonder this bk was empty during the dinner rush. Clean your lines and machines!

So I ordered 2 meals through DoorDash from this Burger King on Wheeling Island and the majority of the time my meals are very good but this time the fries and the chicken fries that I got with my 2 meals were old , luke warm and stale . This wasn't the dashers fault . My sandwich that I got with one meal was hot so no...not the dashers fault. The DoorDasher gets 5 stars and the restaurant gets 2 stars . Don't know if I will go back to this location again .

Ordered online and waited in the drive thru line for almost 15 mins by the time I got my food. Order was wrong but then the manager gave me some free food and fixed everything. Overall satisfriedVegetarian options: Impossible BurgerParking: There is plenty of parking under the bridge next to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Did have a Playland at one point but has been shut down for a while. Would love to see it open back up.

Emma was a good person she is nice i liked how she took my order. Roy who is in the back loved how he made my sandwich wanted no pickle he got it right. Food was hot. I would come back when he is in the kitchen and when emma is upfront. Only time i would come. ROY MAKES THE BEST SANDWICHES..

Food is always good most of the time you have to pull around to the front of the building and wait for your food which normally takes 10 minutes or longer and the location of this burger king is in a very rough part of wheeling so the people that loiter around the building are very suspicious and possiblity dangerous right around the corner there's flowers on the ground where someone got shot and murdered so just be cautious visiting this location at night but on a positive note It gives people that live on wheeling Island a place to eat and work

The food is pretty good when they get the order right, but that's if they get it right. They are usually polite and kind when you order. But almost EVERY TIME I order from here they get the order wrong. Whether it be a forgotten fry or something that was supposed to be plain but they put everything on it. Overall, good restaurant, horrible service, 2 stars.
