Went here for the first time about a year ago was kicked out for arguing with my in law and was the only one in my group that got kicked out ! Mind you me and my fiancé were the only black people there and already felt uncomfortable . Dont recommend if ur black .

Hole in the wall joint off the main stretch. Bar tender was super friendly and drinks were really cheap! They do have to "buzz" you in which is odd and there were only a few regulars there on a staurday night... but overall if we'd be in Wheeling again we'd stop back
