Worst blizzards ever! Ordered an oreo blizzard and a new sugar cookie blizzard. It would have been nice to get cookie in either one of them! They were pretty much just vanilla ice cream. We were very disappointed. At the bottom of the cup was about 2 inches of caked cookie

Only drive thru is ever open n when you're taking a stroll through town they won't let you order at the WALK UP WINDOW. Then proceeded to laugh as I walked away. Not very professional nor do they appreciate their customers.

Order hot dogs from here for my elderly father, hoping to get 6 of them, the manager quickly yelled 5 only and I can see that she has more and tell them that I will wait, and she says that it. “Isn’t a waiting room” I also asked about ice cream sandwiches and she snapped that they had none when they told me they will make them for me before and when I asked she rolled her eyes and said that they were busy and couldn’t? I didn’t see any other orders on there screen and there were only 2 others who had already got their items and no one in the drive through, sucks to see this great business going down the toilet with crappy management and poor staff.

Sent my granddaughter to get me and my wife ice cream and she recorded the experience. Rude service when they made a mistake, instead of offering a way to fix it the woman stormed off like a child. get better workers up in there. for real, embarrassing for yall. we all think the staff is a joke.😂

Went through and ordered a s’mores blizzard …no chocolate and minimum graham cracker so just ice cream and some crumbs …what a disappointment .

Bellaire, Wheeling, Wheeling and Bridgeport are fun places and easy to get to. Not long waites for pickups. Moundsville is a whole different story. Very slow and get the order wrong from time to time.
