Order hot dogs from here for my elderly father, hoping to get 6 of them, the manager quickly yelled 5 only and I can see that she has more and tell them that I will wait, and she says that it. “Isn’t a waiting room” I also asked about ice cream sandwiches and she snapped that they had none when they told me they will make them for me before and when I asked she rolled her eyes and said that they were busy and couldn’t? I didn’t see any other orders on there screen and there were only 2 others who had already got their items and no one in the drive through, sucks to see this great business going down the toilet with crappy management and poor staff.

Sent my granddaughter to get me and my wife ice cream and she recorded the experience. Rude service when they made a mistake, instead of offering a way to fix it the woman stormed off like a child. get better workers up in there. for real, embarrassing for yall. we all think the staff is a joke.😂

Went through and ordered a s’mores blizzard …no chocolate and minimum graham cracker so just ice cream and some crumbs …what a disappointment .

Bellaire, Wheeling, Wheeling and Bridgeport are fun places and easy to get to. Not long waites for pickups. Moundsville is a whole different story. Very slow and get the order wrong from time to time.
Just went through drive through about 30 min to close. Asked for a Newyork Royal cheesecake blizzard to surprise my wife. Let me say she's pretty upset. There's was literally two pieces of strawberry in her blizzard, and not a single piece of cheesecake. However plenty of grhamn cracker. I'm not sure why it wasnt made right ? This is her go to all the time and she's upset about this. This is the only thing she eats from there. As she was really looking forward to it.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My wife and I visited the Wheeling Wv location through the drive-thru around 8 p.m. and placed a simple order: two small Blizzards and a small vanilla ice cream in a cup. The experience started off well, as the female employee kindly offered lids and a carrier, which we appreciated and accepted. However, things quickly went downhill. The male employee handed us the two Blizzards, but there were no lids or carrier. He then started to give us a vanilla ice cream in a cup with sprinkles, which was not what we ordered. I politely corrected him, letting him know we just wanted plain vanilla ice cream. He glanced at the female employee and walked away without addressing the mistake. She eventually brought us the correct item, but when we asked for the lids she had initially offered, her response was completely unprofessional. She laughed in our faces, handed us the lids, and casually mentioned they were short on staff. I'm not sure how being short-staffed justifies poor customer service, but I was shocked by her dismissive attitude. This experience was disappointing and frustrating. Laughing at customers and delivering subpar service is unacceptable, no matter the circumstances.

I think the owner needs to really Crack down on the childish drive thru/young employees immature supervisors during the evening hours and weekends. I'm a daily/weekly customer, Especially when I bring 2 baseball teams all the time, Everytime when it's 1 hour to close the past 3 weeks it's always, "sorry 20 min wait for vanilla." How disgusting is it when they say that and you say you'll wait and then pull up and then hand it out in liquid, or be ignorant when you say "that's fine we can wait." 10x I've been there with the kids they have said 20min wait 8 outta 10x. This is very sad. When this is the only year since 2016 have I ever heard that, especially a DQ that doesn't have a grill. South Wheelings DQ's manager wouldn't ever have tolerance with the childish ignorance to the customers. Talk to people on a mic in foreign language and then laugh so hard on the mic.
