Always cancels my delivery if they can't keep employees there then there is something wrong with management or the employees and the girl I just talked to about canceling my order was rude and not professional won't ever order from there again need to shut it down if they can't run it right

Got the wrong order took it back the woman put it right back with the other food for the take out orders , I had that all the way home in my house and opened it … really? Throw it in the trash don’t give that to another customer you have no clue what happened to it … wow lazy just wow make a new one.

I cannot describe how atrocious this encounter was. I actually feel bad for the employees working here. They were depressed and I could see the disparity in their eyes. They had no interest in helping or working or even cooking for that matter. The pizza was absolutely gross. Didn’t even look like it was made that day. LAVA CAKES 🥇 but other than those delicacies I would highly advise staying as far away as possible. DO NOT CALL IN YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

I ordered a delivery hand tossed half pineapple half pepperoni, i called asking how long they thought and she got on the phone with an attitude, so i ask if its okay for me to come and get it. Which she says is perfectly fine. Once i get there they say the pizza is already out for delivery so i ask if i could have a discount since i already went the whole way there. She says shes going to remake it and for me to wait. Once i get my new pizza its completely wrong! Its a stuffed crust with no toppings at all! The service is usually great but not today!

I always get delivery, and Lonnie is usually the guy, and he is great and always nice and delivering with a smile!! And everytime my food is hot and delicious like it just came out of the oven. 10/10 every time I always recommend this dominos when people say they want dominos!

My fiance and I ordered on the app, went to get our order, and the lady had two kids with her. One was sitting on the counter eating pasta with their shoes on the counter, along with the other kid did respectively did open the door for us but also was playing in the pop cooler. The lady didn't hand us our order, and we had to reach over the kids' book bag to get our order. Definitely 100% unprofessional

Terrible, absolutely terrible fire the worker that hung up for asking what her name was at 1:50 ish on March 15 2025 this lady hung up after we asked her name she was disrespectful the whole time!!

I ordered a pizza without onions due to my recent discovery of being allergic to onions. I got my pizza and got home, and realized it had onions on it. I called the store and they refunded me no problem, explained the refund policy, and let me know that if I told them it was an allergy, they would actually use completely different utensils to prepare my pizza. The staff was super helpful, kind, and didn’t make me feel bad about my mistake of not clarifying my allergy. Thanks, everyone. Much appreciated.

We ordered cheesy bread- it was delivered to the wrong address. A hour later we call and Driver promised to remake it & never brought us our food. Woman in the office refused to provide her name or drivers name so we could call corporate for our refund because even though they made the mistake, “they can’t give refunds” it’s only $18.69 but that’s not the point. she has our name, home address and card info! Absolutely unacceptable.

Trash customer service. Also, charged me for the food, delivery fee, and drivers tip then called and said we would have to pick up. No biggie but asked if we could take off the delivery fee. Told us no. Then told us they couldn’t make our food at all because not enough people were working to make it. And on top of it could not refund the money for yo to ten days
