Elm Grove subs

So I arrived. Nice clean interior. Ordered fried perogies and two cheese steaks. The one negative I can give is the wait was kind of long but everything tasted fresh and delicious. The perogies were good, my partner complained of a weird taste but I like them. The cheese steaks however were phenomenal. huge size good meat and toppings 5/5 for that alone

Great sandwich shop! The food is delicious and the portions are larger than you would expect. We could only eat half of our sandwiches.

We stopped by here while doing some shopping because I have been CRAVING a hoagie. I was not disappointed at all. The hoagies are huge and so good. I got an Italian and they didn’t skimp on the meats at all. I got an 8 inch and could barely finish it. My husband got an Italian sausage sub and he said it was one of the best he’s ever had. The white chocolate macadamia nut cookies were amazing. The service was also great. We live about an hour away but it was worth it. We will definitely be back.

Had a session booked for the business right next store so I placed a pick up order to pick up on my way out. I was not expecting even the smallest subs to be so big! Definitely worth the money for the size alone, and everything tasted so good! I ended up ordering a 16” chicken club and let’s just say I’ll be trying to finish it for the rest of the day because there’s so much! I plan to order again when I’m up that in a few weeks! Definitely recommend if you just so happen to make the trip to wheeling. I’ll be dreaming about this sub til my next venture up there and want to try one of the fry bowls next! Just being over at the portrait studio all we could smell was all the yummy food being made next door and when we told the girls there we were picking up an order from here afterwards even they expressed how amazing the food was. I can see why they were so excited to know we were trying something from here, probably the best sub place I’ve ever found! 💚

Cashier gave incorrect information about what toppings came on sandwich. Then they refused to replace the sandwich after it was not what I ordered. Arguing that I ordered the toppings that they added. The sandwich was cold and they agreed it should have been hot but still would not fix it. So I ended up with an awful sandwich. Rudeness and bad food!!

Awesome place, great atmosphere. Hostess and staff were super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. I had a whole Triple Cheese Cheesesteak with French Fries and Gravy, a sweet tea that was never empty and then a fresh Salted Caramel Cookie (mouth watering) for desert. If you leave Elm Grove Sub Shop hungry it's your own fault.

Got Italian sub worse thing ever. Dont know what they heated the meat with but i could t eat it . Will.never go

Being originally from Philly I stopped at this place and seen on the menu that they had "Philly" cheesesteak... hopefully I don't get hate mail for this from Philadelphia but this is is one of only two places in America when it says it's a Philly cheesesteak it actually tastes like a Philly cheesesteak! The picture shown is half of a cheesesteak and I have a pretty big hand. The staff was amazing and the owner came and talked to us and attended to every needy thing we needed. If I ever make it out that way again I'm definitely going here!
