I had high hopes for this place. Music was extremely loud. Service was spotty. Server forgot two items. Salad was average. Bread no flavor and was dry. Mushroom ravioli good but not in their red sauce -- a butter sage would have been more appropriate. Not everything has to be in red sauce. Anyway, just average. The place was clean though and cozy. Maybe they just had an off night.

We had to make a reservation and the five of us got seated at a four top. It was packed full of people but none of us were blown away by the food. My lasagna was not evenly heated through and it was just a flavorless heap of meat and cheese with a few noodles. The worst thing about this place, even worse than the filthy bathrooms,(you just opened and the bathrooms are filthy?), were the chipped dishes we were served food in. I looked around the restaurant and we weren’t the only table with chipped plates and salad bowls. The manager flew by us and asked how our food was as he moved away from the table. He couldn’t be bothered to stop and ask the question. I didn’t check their health code violations but I bet they are astounding. We should have gone to the casino.

I never leave reviews but this review is necessary. DO NOT GO HERE! The service was terrible. We were rushed by the waitress and she seemed very annoyed. It’s a known thing that they will rush you to get the table open again.The owner was a jerk to us and didn’t care about our concerns. Service is second to them- profit is everything. We heard the owner tell a waiter to go and tell a couple at a two person table that “they (staff) need the table”. Food is horrible- and WAY overpriced. Nothing about this place was inviting and we will never return. We would have had a better experience at McDonalds.

We would highly recommend going to Undos! Great service, food, and very reasonably priced. Owners of Figarettis should take some notes, particularly Dino.

They charged extra for onions & peppers which are listed for a sausage sandwich. Charged extra for onions and peppers for 4 meatball bowl, but didn't deduct since I didn't want a salad, even though it was listed as part of the dish.

Old School in the best way possible. Super staff. Mind blowing Italian food. Part of me wants to come back and try other dishes, part of me says stick with the best gnocchi I've ever had. Perfect!
