Figaretti's Restaurant

A co-worker an I ate here on a Thursday night. We are not from this area and came here at the recommendation of the hotel we were staying at. Figaretti’s is an old restaurant deeply engrained in the community. We didn’t expect the first class treatment as far as the down to earth service and hospitality. The food was stunningly good! I had the Pork Chop with the cream sauce (forgive me for not remembering but it’s a must), fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and sausage as my main course. I’ll just say that the Pork Chop is a MUST when dining here, but there are so many great choices on the menu. My co-worker agrees with the dining experience. A++ Restaurant would very highly recommend!! Will be back to Figaretti’s again when next in town without a doubt.

Wow! This place is incredibly popular! The food and service here is impeccable and the folks are very nice. Restaurant is a little smallish however, it is a very cozy place with rustic decor. You must order the Italian bread as an appetizer, it is yummy. The cocktails are mixed right, the servers are very friendly and the food is exceptional.

I had such a great experience here! The service was excellent! Our waitress, Chrystal, was one of the best servers I’ve ever had. The food was also great. Dino’s special sauce is really special! I definitely want to come back next time I’m in Wheeling.

Figaretti's is a family owned Italian restaurant in Wheeling, WV. It has been in operation since 1948. The food and service are excellent. Most evenings there is a wait so if you have a group, definitely make reservations.

We had a mini college reunion at nearby Oglebay Park Resort. There were 4 couples in all and all 8 of us are in our early seventies. Our server, Adria, was amazing! From the beginning of our evening, she was over the top. Very welcoming, very attentive, very accommodating. Her explanations of the menu and her recommendations were spot on. But the best part was probably the interactions & stories about her family, education and background. There was never any kind of rush and if anyone had an issue with their meal, she was there to resolve it. One of our group has to avoid milk products which pretty much eliminated the entire dessert menu. That was when Adria showed up with an empty cannoli shell and chocolate sauce! Here's the kicker, all 8 of us agreed that she was probably the best server each of us had ever experienced in our total of 560+ years!

Oh by the way, everyone enjoyed their meals, food was very good. The menu has a wide variety from a large assortment of Italian specialties to steaks, seafood and veggie options.

Amazing Food, Service, and Atmosphere. I asked my girlfriend to marry me and they were so helpful :) I called ahead of time and talk to the owner, Dino. He set aside his best table and made sure his best server, Nicole, took care of all our needs. Then I talked to the dessert chef and she did the rest :) They help make a great memory :) In today's world it is tough to fine such a gold mine. They treat you like family and the food is too die for :) I strongly recommend you also purchase a jar of their world famous spaghetti sauce :)

Simply fabulous. Delicious food, delicious drinks, and Jacob went above and beyond to please, even during a major dinner rush. The dinner special (grilled chicken over gnocchi in a cream sauce) was 11/10, plus I drank the best limoncello martini I've ever had. We love this place. Highly recommend!!
