Amazing Food, Service, and Atmosphere. I asked my girlfriend to marry me and they were so helpful :) I called ahead of time and talk to the owner, Dino. He set aside his best table and made sure his best server, Nicole, took care of all our needs. Then I talked to the dessert chef and she did the rest :) They help make a great memory :) In today's world it is tough to fine such a gold mine. They treat you like family and the food is too die for :) I strongly recommend you also purchase a jar of their world famous spaghetti sauce :)

Definitely overrated and overpriced

My partner and I were in the area working and wanted to go to a non chain restaurant. We both like Italian and decided to try Figarettis. We are our food but would not go back. The bread was hard, butter stale, and our pasta was lacking. No where on the menu are patrons told it is extra for Alfredo sauce or that chicken is $5 extra. I paid $25 for a meal that I ate because I was hungry yet didn't really want. Sorry guys but next time we are working up there we won't be back. Thanks anyway.

Posting here as it seems responses are only provided on public reviews. I nicely provided a review via private message and it was seen days ago with no response. Hi, I wanted to give you some feedback based on dinner I had with you on Tuesday May 27th. I make the drive from Cleveland area a few times a year especially in January when I bring my family to Oglebay and I do a large catering order with you. This time was a quick trip with my Aunt and mother. I wanted my aunt to try the place as she has never been. I raved about your food especially the bread. Well the bread served to us was ice cold, came from kitchen (usually comes from hostess area) and had the butter and seasoning stuck to it like it was leftover from lunch and just sitting for who knows how long.It was awful.
Now let's talk about dinner. It came wayyyy to fast, especially when ordered Chicken Marsala. If it does come that fast I would expect it to be hot. The plates for the meatballs and Chicken Marsala were extremely hot however, the inside of the meatballs and Chicken were ICE cold. The Marsala looked nothing like the picture online especially the sauce and noodles. We sent both back to be warmed and when waitress returned the plates again were extremely hot and meatballs and Chicken were cold. Again, seemed like it may have been leftover for lunch. You also had a large catering order that day which wasn't picked up so maybe kitchen was serving food that has been sitting from that.
I decided to eat my chicken anyway and I ended up deathly sick for 2 full days still sick but not as bad as the 2 days. I also ended up in the hospital because of it.
I obviously do not have proof my sickness came from your restaurant but timing was right. Service was great but the quality of food from bread to dinner was terrible. I hope you have some changes in your kitchen and with your hostess on serving quality bread and food. There needs to be a standard set.

Group of eight for Saturday dinner. Two ordered heaping lasagna. The two dishes showed up flat with very little noodles. One dish has one noodle, sauce and cheese mixed together in a sloppy mess. My chicken picatta was full of oil at the base. Bland tasting. Overall five of our eight dinners were subpar and two lasagna were sent back to the kitchen has not acceptable. This was a disappointing meal for a jam-packed Italian restaurant on it early Saturday night.

Italian restaurant with great food and service. Laid back atmosphere. I highly recommend anything on the menu. Chicken or veal piccata is amazing. Homemade bread & in house made salad dressing. Italian dressing is so good

Great atmosphere with a different blend of pasta dishes, Limoncello was a hit!

Figaretti’s is always spot on. Everything was perfect as always. From the atmosphere to the staff always makes it feel like home. Where else can you go and the owner still walks around and greets you.

Dino and Enzio always do terrific job

Wow ? what can we say this is 1 of the best experience dining out.We drove a little over an hour to check this place out and was not disappointed. Our waitress Nicloe P. is top notch with her service and excellent recommendations.
The portions are excellent and the Spaghetti and meatball is delicious and fulfilling. Eggplant Parmesan ? is out of this world absolutely delicious best we have ever had including my own.The atmosphere and the staff is amazing. SO much we are returning today to have lunch before we head back home tomorrow. Thank you for the opportunity to experience to restaurant.

My wife and I visited for the first time and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing and our waitress was second to none. We were seated at an outside table and the owner came by and turned the heat on for us without us even asking so we could stay warm. It will definitely be a place we will return to when we are in the area and I would absolutely recommend you give this place a try.
