This spot is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Wheeling. Dawn and her team make every visit feel welcoming with their kindness and warm atmosphere. And Kevin... He’s a master in the kitchen, every dish bursts with flavor and creativity. It’s easily my go to place in town. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out… an absolute must.

Cool little hidden gem in Wheeling. Has that small town vibe that seemed to be pretty popular with many locals. They had amazing sandwiches/wraps as well as delicious BBQ that was apparently a limited time thing that day. They also have a great selection of drinks.
It was a great hole in the wall place that you can tell takes pride in quality food and a creating a welcoming environment. Would for sure go back again.

I was just there today because I was curious what it was all about. And wow! The acia bowl was to die for. I was so wrapped up in my food I missed a work meeting. lol There were some ladies in the outside area sipping on wine and having the time of their lives enjoying the place. The area around is a little deceiving but this place is great. Bravo!

Great place! Freshest of ingredients, great twist on sandwiches. The chef has a fantastic sense of how to mix flavors. I highly recommend stopping here to have a bite to eat.

Flying Spoon is a hidden gem in Wheeling! They have yoga classes as well as food - paninis, sandwiches, açaí, shakes, matcha, craft beer and wine. Really cool and comfortable atmosphere and big local, WV feel. Yoga class was great (I’m a beginner)! Bar seating and multiple tables, low and high top. Plus outdoor area. Highly recommend and will be back asap!!

This is a cute place for lunch. The atmosphere was charming and comfortable. The food is different every week. The chicken apple wrap I ate was delicious. The owner was very nice and served us herself. I will always support small local businesses especially if owned by a women and this one didn't disappoint. Go check it out!
