Great small town pizzeria has been around for years

Neither the building nor the plates were as clean as you'd like to see. The Pizza was bready, with minimal cheese & toppings. Cramped and dank. Chaotic and unpleasant.

Don’t get me wrong the food IS good. But 80% of the time things are missing and it’s just an overall hassle to either have to go back or go without. I do get food there frequently but sucks I’ll have that expectation of them

I love the food, the thing I don’t like is the customer service, I have my boyfriend pick my food up for me and he now has to call me because there have been multiple times where the toppings weren’t even on the sandwich at all or I didn’t get the side of chips and even a time where they didn’t put his food in the bag and he had to drive all the way back, and more and more, He always FaceTimes me now just to check and this is what they gave me for my $14 sandwich, I obviously was upset about the amount of toppings and the quality, I had him go back in to ask for extra toppings in which he did nicely, I’m pretty sure they are used to him having to come back in to ask for the things they forgot to put on etc so they are annoyed by their own mistake, it does depend on who is working, but the girl who was working tonight who had red/blonde hair, I don’t appreciate the attitude you have my boyfriend, there was no needs to talk about him and shake your head and cuss about him to your co workers, I love getting food from this place but I’m tired of my boyfriend feeling uncomfortable because of the negligence and having to ask them to fix it constantly. Please do better, again the food is great and there’s not a lot like this place which I love but please learn to smile and have better customer service and take the time to check the food before giving it out.

Never again! We sent a calzone back 3 times, ice cold in the center. Terrible meatball hoagie. Very disappointed.
Their chicken parm is hands down the best I've ever had. Their house salad dressing, too. It's so good, I am now a fan of salad.

I ordered pasta one day and then it wasn't good no flavor very bland. But I decided to give it a second chance with an Italian hoagie and same thing no flavor bland although I will say they have some great Italian dressing. Definitely will not eat here anymore it is a complete waste of money. Although each time I have gone in the servers are very nice

First time in WV and had to try a pepperoni roll. Got take away and it was delicious! Nice marinara dipping sauce. Lots of cheese and pepperoni. Nice dough. I really liked it.
