Got food there on 8.4.25. We went through the drive thru. No customers in the store. Placed our order, paid for it, went home. At home I discovered that my order was wrong and stale. My fries had to come from the very bottom of the last batch, fried the day before. The biscuit was hard and I got crispy, instead of original! There was confusion at the checkout, but a young lady came to the window and settled the issue! The only thing that was done to satisfaction was the coleslaw! Better off going to Chic Fil A!

KFC on Wheeling island was cleanly kept inside and out. Cashier was very helpful while showing my blind cousin how to place an order on the KFC app so he could get a free bucket of chicken. Food was awesome! Service was awesome! Atmosphere was great!

Food was good people were good I really enjoyed it last night I ate the 4pc dark with mash and gravy with Mac n cheese and food was great the lobby is cleaned bathrooms cleaned really is a good restaurant to eat the service was perfect I will advise to eat here and try it out.

Ordered online and they forgot half my order and then wouldn’t even deliver the correct order. Had to pay door dash fee twice. Total bs won’t order form here again
Food was delicious it's always clean in the lobby employees do amazing jobs, this place isn't a fast food restaurant, is understandable for wait time especially in the middle of the day when it's rush hour, excellent job everyone keep it up

The chicken mashed potatoes, and coleslaw was good , but the mac and cheese was really disgusting couldnt even taste the noodles , can't talk about the biscuits couse the cook was bitching about make more because it was 9:20 at night so the cashier said don't worry about it I'll take care of it and gave us a b.s reason and told us we could just have an extra side. Didn't really want an extra side but wasn't given a choice really.
Place sucks went there for my mom and they had no extras crispy chicken done and the original the legs and the wings was so small and most just bone and then it was so nasty I end up getting really sick what happened to this place use be my family's favorite one and now it went to hell will be getting hold of corporate

The young girls they have doing the drive through are rude and very unprofessional. Tho you cant expect much when it is KFC on the Island of all places. They act as if youre an inconvenience on their life and they expect to just sit there and do nothing and get paid. I dont recommend going here at anytime of the day. Staff need replaced other than the cooks.
