Little Caesars in Wheeling

“I stopped in on 9/27/2025 in the afternoon. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name and I threw my receipt away but he was very nice and great. The food and service was amazing. I ordered a couple of pizzas and the Philly cheesesteak puffs. The pretzel crust pizza has become my new favorite and the puffs were kick ass.
