I came to pick up an online order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the employees ignored me from the back of the store and acted like they were annoyed I was there. Last time I came here was 4 years ago and one of the employees went out in the parking lot to fight somebody. Never coming back it's never a bad

90% of the time the food is great. Usually just get the hot and ready pizzas. Sometimes though they aren't hot and taste like cardboard lol. Only happened a few times out of many.

Was in today 1/28 place was packed one employee working running around making pizzas taking orders answering the phone and boxing pizzas 1EMPLOYEE 1 why in the world would you only have 1 employee working the poor girl was getting yelled at by customers like it was her fault that she was the only one there very inconsiderate of management to not make sure they have more employees working a shift I feel bad for that poor girl management needs to do better

Food is ok for the price but can’t help but notice how little cheese they put in their cheese bread. I used to go in there maybe twice a month. Every time it’s just one person working or two. The employees look tired and barely moving. The black man who works there with the beard is extremely rude. I asked him how I can get the food that my daughter order online and he rudely told me to get the three digit number and then turned around and left, not helping me at all. During one of the many waits you have to endure to get your pizza from this place, I noticed people take cash and don’t wash their hands. Some of the people working there have beards and they don’t have a fishnet on it what so ever. I have stopped ordering from ever since I had a curly pubic hair in my pizza. That was on Monday. I wish I took photos. I am not familiar with technology. My grandson is writing this for me.

I can’t speak on behalf of the quality considering the store wouldn’t unlock their doors to let customers in. I called multiple times and advised the door was locked after opening hours and nobody was sent to unlock the doors.

They are over charging more than the prices they advertise! I went to order online and it wouldn't work so I called in and went to pick up my order. She gave me my total and it was $5.35 more than if I ordered online. I asked about it and she said she didn't know why and couldn't help me then turn around as if I was asking something crazy. After comparing the online order and my receipt I saw they are over charging on the pizza. They even have advertising that shows the price it should be. I asked her again why she was charging more than the advertisement and she said she didn't know.There were multiple people waiting for pizza for over an hour. They seemed to be short staffed also. I understand employees can't control the prices, but they can try to fix the problem. The managers should staff more than two people and shouldn't be ripping customers off!

Ordered delivery and got a 1/2 cooked pizza. Called and told them snd she said she would send another one. It never came so now you owe me some
Low-budget low quality. That includes staff. They all look like junkies and I've never seen more piercings in even a freak show at the circus. They never have anything ready when their biggest pool is hot and ready take out Pizza.. rude and incompetent staff.

I'm not really an online order kinda guy, but this was an online order. I asked the absolute jerk working how to pick-up, he pointed and mumbled, "three digit code" and walked away, as i asked what to do if I didn't know the code. I made a phone call and got the code, but customer service was lacking severely. Party my fault for not being born 25 years later, partly his for having zero interest in helping me. BTW the order was incomplete, didn't learn that till I got home. So thanks for that too. Food was okay, I mean it is what it is.

This is the slowest Little Caesars on the face of the earth, I don’t blame the workers for not running to make Pizza, but I don’t really like standing around waiting for a pizza for 35 minutes, I should of called dominos, they are faster and they haft to actually deliver the pizza’s. Little Caesar is rolling in his grave right now, pizza pizza moving like molasses.

The pizza and cheesy bread were fantastic even though its no longer a 5 dollar hot and ready. Its 6$. However the service could have been way better. The staff hardly spoke and seemed like they hated life and were miserable in their jobs. One just stood around while one was making pizzas and the other dough. The person standing around didn't even bother to say hi or theyll be with you. She just stood there in lala land.
