If you open at 5, you should at least be able to serve food at 515.

This could quite possibly be one of the worst McDonalds I have ever visited. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME we visit there in the drive through, we order typical food, nothing crazy, and we are asked to pull forward and they will bring our food out. This happens even when we are the only customer in the drive thru. I will pass this up to go somewhere else every time.

Used to be a decent McDonald's. Management and employees (most not all).
Food is cold, over charged, and restaurant is dirty and same for restrooms. Not the 1st, been this way for a couple of years. Wish it was ran like before, I don't know what has happened, but it is not good. If only they had some competition, they might wake up. Please corporate don't ask me to go to this website and fill out this or that, do your corporate job and fix your business. Read some of your reviews about this place, shame. Sarah was the manager 11-05 noon time.

This place was a joke not busy ,meaning i was only person standing at register, yet took 15min to get waited on while the employees could clearly see me,i was openly ignored until the kid decided to wait on me.. ,the food was so nasty was dark meat ketchup smelled old and what appeared to be a pickle was dark dry n shriveled, absolutely did not eat it.. I wouldnt even feed a stray cat what was given to me and my family this was on Monday Oct 20th at almost 6pm
No other vechiles in drive thur and took over 5 minutes to get a Large Carmel Frappe and 3 associates kept looking at us. One open the window to talk to me and left and finally someone else made the drink.

My girlfriend and I went an hour before they closed and despite it taking a few minutes everything was good!
The girl with the glasses and colored hair was awesome and she smiled after giving us our order.
Give that girl a raise please.

My view of this McDonald's in Warwood, WV is the same as Elm Grove, WV. Somewhat of a wait time if you order inside which I've done a few times but 95 % of the time I oder in the app and go curbside.

The fry is really cold and soft.
Some McDonald's are much faster at getting orders out than others but the food is usually pretty good.

There’s nothing quite like getting a full-on late-stage capitalism vibe check by stepping into your local McDonald’s. The employees, physically bloated by the very system they’re trapped in, keep the golden arches running—fueling the MCD empire while mentally checking out under the weight of project brain rot and chronic understaffing. You can feel the existential burnout marinating in fryer grease.
It’s not really their fault. They’re stuck in the same machine as the rest of us, serving up ultra-processed calories in a system designed to extract everything and give back as little as possible. The food’s whatever—predictable in that comforting, deeply artificial way. The service is functional but haunted. Atmosphere? Pure dystopia with fluorescent lighting.
I don’t even know why I keep coming back. Maybe because, deep down, I’m just another cog too tired to care. Misery loves company—and fries

The order was wrong. After advising man about order being wrong, he argued with us questioning us about the order. Wanted to know what our receipt said. Stated that we did not clearly communicate what we wanted. I had to tell him I knew what I ordered and what they gave me, wasn't it. He kept repeating that maybe I needed to communicate better what I wanted. He continued to argue about it until I asked him why he was arguing over his mistake? He said he was explaining how I did not communicate properly! I had to tell him to stop arguing and give me the right order. Once I got the correct sandwich, I gave him the wrong one back. Horrible customer service!
