When you go into a restaurant and stand at the counter for 5 or 10 minutes and nobody even acknowledges your there than it's not great. It's been like this for a while and I won't go back. It used to be a decent McDonald's but for the last year or so it's been terrible.

Gentleman taking order had no clue. Had to review order twice and gave the manager come over finally to get the order correct. Saturday morning, busiest time and it took over 20 minutes to order and get food, and that was waiting 10 minutes in line to order. And they didn’t get the order correct!
Unhappy. Icecream machine. Breaks down to much. They need new one in my opinion.....

I felt guilty making this review at first but at the sight of the other fellow 1 star reviews, why hold back? I just entered the store to place a touch screen order after leaving this morning because I was waiting 9 minutes as the only car in line for the drive through (at 8:04am) before anyone took my order. I pulled around to the first window as I was curious if anyone was even there, and a woman was seemingly asleep against the wall. When I arrived to give it a second chance today, the manager was pulling a very nice young man off the shift early to show him some footage in the lobby, of making customers’ orders without gloves, mentioning returning from smoke breaks without washing his hands. The footage, and the conversation with the employee, were within eyeshot and earshot of myself as I was trying to utilize the touch screen since nobody would take my order.Just don’t go here.

Service here for me is terrible probably worst McDonald's Ive ever been to I've hardly ever had my order been right and I've waited in the drive thru for 30+ minutes more than twice and they weren't busy.

hard to get employees attention when you need something but other than that pretty fast and accurate The tea could be a little sweeter though lol.Parking: tons of spots to park plus other spots that aren't even on the property you can park close by as well.Kid-friendliness: there is a Playland for kids but I would be careful in that room because all the tables are square and pointed which I believe they should be rounded because my son actually hit his head on one of the corners of the table playing in that room and I was very upset about the fact that the tables were not curved and a kid friendly environment like they should have been but that's their business and they need to figure that one out for themselves I guess once a child hits her head hard enough they will probably end up changing those tables I'm sure. they do have a family bathroom but it is not very well kept clean and the changing table is not very sturdy but other than that the plane land is a blast for the kids they love it just watch the tables that's all I say got to say as a mother. have fun
