I ordered a DoorDash item from this store way before the closing hours. After waiting over an hour for the store to make my item available for pickup it was coming to their closing hours. I spoke to the manager twice and she was very rude and offered me no regard for the current issue. I would not recommend this restaurant for your services.

I used my mobile for code at the drive-through and wasn't finished with my order and the team member didn't allow me to finish. She basically was in a rush. Didn't feel valued. So I had to pay separately and now I can't add the receipt to my account.

Just like all the other fast food places around this valley. Tho i would most definitely say this is one of the best McDonald's around. They dont mess your order up evey single time and the workers has some manners and i cant believe it. 🙏🏾

i waited 20 mins amd got pulled up i asked why the girl said fries lemme remind u it was a cheeseburger plain kids meal and when they came out the fries were cold. i said i got pulled up this long for fries that were cold. horrible store. horrible workers. i wont go back to elm grove mcdonalds again there ridiculous it came down to me evevn calling to ask what was taking so long and she was very rude also. worst store ever.

This McDonald's has a nice kids play place. The bathroom and tables were clean and someone came in to wipe off tables twice while we were there. Now if I could just get the three year old to stop licking his hands... ?

I get Coffee here almost everyday, The Thursday Crew must just be lazy because I’m always getting coffee grounds in my Ice coffee which is gross, Prices are going up & Ice coffee should be the easiest thing to make. I’ve also had an issue with hearing little comments in the window when I’ve went back to get New Coffee. Do better McDonald’s yall get paid more than sewage workers.
