Visited , Thursday 8/7/25. Never complain, but the 2 salads ordered were Oh so , disappointing. Salads were not presented as advertised, with missing ingredients , and quality of ingredients were lacking. Our server did ask if we needed more salad dressing for both salads. The portion size was smaller than we anticipated. Hopefully, just an off night !
Where to start! Every part of Oglebay is amazing. Stayed in 2 rooms and house keeping did professional work. Every place we went to was clean and very well managed. The only issue that was had there was some others staying and the staff handled it properly. All around recommend! So much to see and enjoy :)
I went there for a conference through work. Which is paid for by my employer. They asked me for a card to keep on file incase there were damages or I charged something to the room. I thought it was shady since they did not ask everyone in our group and it was being paid for by my employer but I did it. When it's time to check out they charged my debit card for the room instead of my employers card. So right there I lost 425.00 from my account and another girl with me had no money...read full review
