Pizza and breadsticks is all I ordered. I also ordered 2 additional garlic sauces-didnt even get those. The pizza looks like it was thrown together as fast as possible and barely cut apart. The breadsticks look like threw a bunch of odd pieces in a box and served it. Terrible. We don't have a Papa John's where we live so we like to get it when we travel. Not going back to this one

Pizza took an hour and a half to arrive, we ordered extra sauce and one with a hole in it. Cheese sticks were misshapen and doughy and cheese looked like it was slapped on top.👎

Ordered a Shaqaroni. Thrre definitely wasn't extra cheese or extra pepperoni on it. Only thing i can say is it was cooked well done as i asked and it was cut into eight.

There are a lot of problems that come out of here. And it is truly NOT the of the employees! At least not in my experiences. They are always extremely understaffed just like mosy most businesses (restaurants mostly) are right now. The workers are always working their butts off in there with 1 person or sometimes 2 doing the jobs of 3-4 people. I think the lack of staffing is what is causing the problems here. I've watched them work so hard! It wouldn't kill Papa John's to put an extra person on shifts. For example, I'm right now waiting on an order I put in 2hrs ago. Who knows when it's actually coming because the delivery time keeps changing evey 5mins from Doordash. We're talking 1.5 hrs past delivery time already. This is ridiculous! Hire a couple people! The ones you already have are great 👍
Ordered the shaqoroni or whatever it's called but was very disappointed, wasn't extra cheese or extra pepperoni on it looked like regular large pizza and very stingy with the toppings, won't be making that mistake again and didn't bother calling to complain because wasn't going back to store to get pizza replaced that evening, very disappointed

Pizza was ok. But the cheese sticks had a huge bubble that popped with no cheese at that point and the rest of it was dry and hardly any cheese I’ve never had this problem.. the sauce for cheese bread was also fermented
