There are a lot of problems that come out of here. And it is truly NOT the of the employees! At least not in my experiences. They are always extremely understaffed just like mosy most businesses (restaurants mostly) are right now. The workers are always working their butts off in there with 1 person or sometimes 2 doing the jobs of 3-4 people. I think the lack of staffing is what is causing the problems here. I've watched them work so hard! It wouldn't kill Papa John's to put an extra person on shifts. For example, I'm right now waiting on an order I put in 2hrs ago. Who knows when it's actually coming because the delivery time keeps changing evey 5mins from Doordash. We're talking 1.5 hrs past delivery time already. This is ridiculous! Hire a couple people! The ones you already have are great 👍

Ordered the shaqoroni or whatever it's called but was very disappointed, wasn't extra cheese or extra pepperoni on it looked like regular large pizza and very stingy with the toppings, won't be making that mistake again and didn't bother calling to complain because wasn't going back to store to get pizza replaced that evening, very disappointed

Food was fine other than missing jalapeños on my pizza. Normally wouldn’t bother me if they were busy with customers but they were too busy throwing pizza dough at each other to pay attention I guess…

Pizza was ok. But the cheese sticks had a huge bubble that popped with no cheese at that point and the rest of it was dry and hardly any cheese I’ve never had this problem.. the sauce for cheese bread was also fermented

One of my favorite pizza shops. All pizzas are freshly made and ready pretty fast.
I ordered today 2 papadias for me and my friend I got the Philly steak 1 and she got the chicken barbecue q and ordered a medium pizza and omg everything was delicious and lots of ingredients in them we loved it and didn't take long for delivery I will be ordering again and reccommend them to family and friends

Our grandson is ALLERGIC TO WHEAT. A REGULAR thin crust pizza was subbed for a gluten free since they were out of it. There was no mention of this and now our grandson is staying in the bathroom throwing up during his sister’s graduation party. I realize a lot of people are not familiar with allergies. This review is to make Papa John’s aware a mistake like this could cost a life. He didn’t even swallow the pizza, so this is how serious a mistake like this is. We normally have great things to say about Papa John’s and have ordered there many times. Please be aware a mistake like this SHOULD NEVER happen. Please make workers aware. Again, we love Papa John’s but this mistake is not acceptable.
